The front staff is courteous and friendly. The office is clean and a lot of seating. The nurses are awesome they ask a lot of questions to be able to help give Dr. Alford some insight of what he's walking into. The Physician Assistant is awesome he also sits and listens to what your telling him about your health and pain, surgeries and medications. The Dr. Alford comes in and we all sat down and tried to come up with the best plan for me. Everytime I have ever gone in he has always been thorough in what going on with my health. Did anything change? Is everything with the stimulators working ok? How is your pain now that it's in? I've never been dissatisfied with my care. That's why whenever there is something I need done he's the first doctor I would go to for my back. I wouldn't trust anyone else. He is who I would refer my family and friends to. I made it through the MRI without sedation, but expected an adjustment to my bill. I was told after the the MRI the sedation was free, so I wasnt charged an extra fee for it. The $600 I owed didnt include the cost for sedation. Hmmmm, I questioned if that is true, because the lady that called me the day before wanted to be sure I had a driver because of the sedation. She wanted to be sure I understood there would be an extra charge. So my question is, was anyone been charged an extra charge for sedation if claustrophobic during an MRI? If so, how much was it? Initially had a promising consultation with Dr. Siadati but since then it has all been downhill. First my testing orders were delayed. After repeatedly calling the office I was able to get the orders submitted. Then had my follow up on 11/05 which was rescheduled to 11/14 then rescheduled to 11/19 only for me to find out that (after showing up for the appointment) that it was meant to be 12/19. I took time from work and drove almost 30 miles for the appointment so this is extremely frustrating. UPDATE: Today is 12/19 at 2:14pm and I receive a call from the doctor's office stating that Dr. Siadati will not be able to make it to my appointment and they are calling to reschedule. Needless to say, I told them to cancel my appointment and I will find a different doctor. As hopeful as I was after my first meeting, I feel betrayed as I had all sorts of tests done that I will now have to re-establish with a new doctor. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

The Lack of timely communication between doctors, nurses, and various departments is astounding in the 21st century. Primary cause is profit over adequate staffing IMHO. While this is notr specifically addressed to the neuro folks alone, I am telliung you it is Texas Health system wide. I could write another couple paraghraphs about their imaging/radiology department (I'm talking about YOU Mark.) Imagine driving 160 miles to discover they have only read your medical orders and history 30 minutes AFTER you've arrived for you appointment only to be told "we're not prepared for your case." A call to Mark in radiology only got an annoyed response that I bothered him at all. Had Mark worked for me he'd be given ONE chance at customer relations retraining, just as a courtesy, and ONLY one.

As a business professional I have to say that in my adult life I have NEVER experienced such…read moreunprofessionalism and disrespect by a Doctor's office. 1) Disregard for appointment times - always running late and rushing through appointments - Be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours per appointment. 2) Lack of accountability with billing and health insurance claims The first question I asked when I called for an initial appointment was if they accepted my health insurance. The answer was YES. After 4 appointments and spending close to $900 I realized they were not submitting claims. My insurance company confirmed that ProNeuro/Dr. St. Laurent submitted 1 claim (under a different Doctor's name) but ignored all of the attempts my Ins. Co. made to properly process the claim. The claim they submitted was missing information and proper medical billing codes. I then requested a SUPERBILL in order to file my own claims. After a long waiting period I finally received a statement which had incorrect diagnosis codes and service codes. It's been 3 months of chasing via email, phone and text and all I get is excuses and more excuses. Had they done their job I would have met my annual deductible by now, instead I get to pay more out of pocket due to their neglect. 3) Lack of Focus - After 4 appointments I still did not receive any treatment for my neck issues. Not once did we discuss how he was going to treat me. He just kept running blood work. ANS, SUDO testing and even changed my thyroid prescription. 4) Disrespect - My last appointment in July in the middle of my consultation with him and his RN the doctor stood up without saying a word, walked out of the room and did not return. I asked his RN where the doctor went and his response was "probably home" he then said let me walk you out and took me to the front desk. 6) Office Staff - unreliable and full of excuses so many of my texts and emails went unanswered. On the rare occasion they responded it was like going in circles and getting no where. 5) I did my homework - I checked with TBCE to make sure everything was in order with this doctor. I read all these 5 star reviews and I was very hopeful that he would be "just as great" with me and actually "help me" with my condition. IT WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE 6) If you VALUE your time, efforts, money and medical care go elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE
