My daughter has struggled with a variety of issues (sleep, depression, anxiety) for years…read more Interestingly, she presented with Delta and Theta brain waves although awake--something traditional medicine would never have picked up. This explained why she seemed to be continually sleepy. Dr. Clark's treatment has helped right size this along with other issues. We are still working through her anxiety --this has been slow going mostly because we first had to tackle her use of vapes and D8 substances -- something I would recommend you do to not lose momentum with this therapy. That said, in some ways, we needed to start with Neuro therapy first to give my daughter a fighting chance with substance use issues. We commited her to @Clearfork Academy South in Ft. Worth which has launched her road to recovery and have re-commenced her Neuro treatments in hopes that it seals that work in. We count Dr. Clark as one of our angels. She is beyond patient, attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful. My daughter immediately connected with her which has improved her commitment to following through with this therapy. I cannot recommend Dr. Clark more and encourage you to explore this avenue for yourself or your child.

However, the communication system has been frustrating. Calls go through a general number instead of the office, I missed a virtual appointment because no link was sent, and earlier in 2025 I was contacted unexpectedly by a nurse practitioner (not my doctor) who provided very vague information while I was at work. It could have been handled with more care and professionalism. For these reasons, I've decided to part ways in the new year, though Dr. Bondas himself is a great doctor.

Instead of trying to treat my symptoms they wanted to run a bunch of tests that I had already had. I told them they could get the results from my previous neurologist yet he didn't want to wait for the records. He ordered the tests. After the visit, I learned he NEVER charged my insurance! My first payment of $100 went straight into his pocket. My insurance told me not to pay him until he charges them first. The following week the office called me to say they recieved my test results from my previous nuerologists and realized I didn't need the test Dr. Loeb wanted me to do but Dr. Loeb was out of the office for the entire week and they would need to talk to his PA. A few days later I went for a test in their office and they wanted to charge me $400. They never told me it was $400! I asked if they billed my insurance first. They told me no, we don't do that. I told them they need to. My insurance said it's not legal. I was on the phone with my insurance when their office manager said I need to pay something so I gave her $5. She wouldn't accepted it. She said I need to pay $80 or they would refuse my service.
