Instead of professionalism she was met with a shocking invitation to hot tub together. Completely inappropriate and wildly unprofessional. Even more disturbing are the longstanding sexual allegations against kitchen staff he's kept on for years. Employees are routinely fired often for things they didn't do while the owner claims surveillance cameras prove it. Yet those cameras never seem to catch actual wrongdoing. Convenient isn't it. Meanwhile he creates a culture of fear instability and dismissal. People are disposable. Boundaries are not respected whether in the kitchen or in conversation. This isn't just a bad dining experience. This is a pattern of neglect abuse of power and willful ignorance. I urge you support businesses that respect people, employees, customers and community.
