ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service, expensive, and the place smells bad!!!
Story:
I live close by so decided to give them a try. It was a Thursday morning and I had a wedding on Saturday. Walked in, mentioned I had a wedding on Saturday, and that I can go somewhere else with same day service if my stuff wouldn't be done in time. The man said no problem we should be able to get it to you by tomorrow. Of course, I believe him and gave him my clothes. I walk in the next day and a lady was working. I asked for my suit and shirt and she said that since I dropped it off yesterday it won't have for at least a week. Obviously I mentioned the discussion I had yesterday with the man working, and she starts to give me attitude saying we don't do same day service and have never done same day service. I said, "well you may need to let the employee working yesterday know that because he told me it would be done today." She then flips out and screams at me saying, "THAT MAN YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT IS MY HUSBAND AND HE IS NOT A LIAR, YOU ARE THE LIAR. HE WOULD NEVER TELL YOU IT WOULD BE DONE IN A DAY, NEVER". First off, woah, I never said he was a liar, and second, how can anyone treat a customer this way. As politely as I could I asked to have my clothes back so I can go somewhere else and get it done in time for the wedding. She says, still angrily, "no we don't do the dry cleaning here we ship them somewhere to get them done." Me "Ok, can we call someone there or can I personally drive there to pick it up." Angry lady "Nope too many clothes you'll never find it." Me "Ok can I at least try?" Angry Lady "No we don't give out the address of our facility".
So... Not only do I leave without a suit for my wedding, but I get screamed at embarrassingly as if I'm a child, get called a liar, and leave smelling bad because of the horrific odor in the place...
Never give this place your clothes.. unless.. you want to overpay, don't mind waiting a year to get it back, and want to smell bad for the day. read more
