All I wanted to do was dry some clothes around 7:45 pm she told me they were closed but let me in a rude way. Needless to say her rudeness irritated me and then the younger one appeared and was just as rude. For me it's all about your tone not so much of what you are saying. Simply AWFUL experience. My wedding dress was RUINED here. On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

BAD cleaning service and EXTREMELY POOR customer relations…read more I really don't understand how Emerald Dry Cleaning could receive any positive reviews or ever got onto Shark Tank. I utilized their service on 2 occasions, with both times resulting in clothes that felt only half-cleaned (they had a weird grimy texture after being 'cleaned') and stains were left on one of my shirts. Given their "100% No Risk Dry Cleaning & Broken Button Guarantee" which states that they stand behind every garment they clean 100%, I decided to call and let them know that there were 2 stains left on one of my shirts. I exchanged emails with Joseph G. who informed me that the $3.25 credit for the stained shirt was issued back to my account (I had no way of verifying this though because there isn't an actual account that I could log into, since each order is a separate form). He also indicated that if I'd give them a second chance, they would dry clean my shirt for FREE using a "TARGO" stain remover. I took him up on this offer, only to discover a few days later that the shirt had actually not been dry cleaned (just re-washed), the same stains were still there, and I was charged an additional $3.25 for the second wash. I tried for a week to reach Joseph to correct this error, but with no luck in even receiving a reply. I sincerely hope $6.50 was worth permanently losing me as a customer, but also any future business from people I would have recommended. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from utilizing this service, as there are other home dry cleaning services that can actually do a thorough job (eg, Rinse) and do not deceive you with an empty "no risk guarantee" that actually costs you more money.
