I have been doing to this location for the past year and have been not been pleased with the quality to say the least. Cancelled membership due to ongoing damage.

Me reaching back out to show its trunk lid tape and trying to set up a meeting

I went through the car wash on February 22nd 2025 and the car wash actually damaged my car (see attached picture). It ripped my license plate screw out of my car. I filled out a report and 2 weeks later I was told that I had hvac tape on my car and it was a pre existing damage. The tape is trunk lip tape which comes standard on Kia and Hyundai. And I tried to set up a meeting to discuss this and I was snubbed hard by Jeff Young the general manager. I was told to turn it into my insurance and that if I wanted a copy of the video I could turn it into my insurance and they could use a broker ID. So as someone who works 3 different jobs I just wanted to get my car washed but instead it got damaged. Do the right thing and stay away from Prime and Jeff Young!

Just wanted a wash. After I noticed I still have bug residue on the front of my SUV. I called and was told I should tell them to spray on it before. What? You could see it!

This is a nice alternative to the other major car wash chain here in Indy. They offer an automated car wash with or without interior cleaning , as well as full car detailing. I got the car wash with interior clean. Some people think that option is a full detail at a cheaper price, but it is not. It is a basic interior clean. It took them about 15 to 20 minutes to have my car ready. They have an awesome waiting area with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, bar seating, water, restrooms, coffee and a television. There is also a small patio area with tables and chairs located out front of the waiting area. They offer single washes and memberships options. If you live near one of these car washes, the monthly option looks like a good deal. I got the car wash with interior clean for about $40. The place is very clean and the staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. They ask you if your car is up to your standards when they turn it back over to you. That is your time to speak or forever hold your peace. I had a few spots inside, but it was not a full detail and it was much, much better than it was. This place has gotten a bad rap. My experience was nothing but positive. I recommend checking this place out.

Console after $64 "cleaning"

This place is always a disappointment, even when I've spent $650+ for a full detail. Unfortunately, it's the only local business who will also "clean" the interior of your car without paying for a full detail, so beggars can't be choosers. That being said, I paid $64 yesterday for an elite wash and an "upgraded" interior cleaning. The dash was their usual sloppy wipe-down, but I was most annoyed that no one vacuumed out the trunk. At all.

Got an interior car detailing for Xmas! WHAT A GREAT GIFT THIS WAS!!! Made an appointment for it on a Friday. From the options I believe I was given the option where literally everything on the inside was cleaned-- dash, consoles, steering wheel, signals, carpets shampoo'd, seats shampoo'd. Outside car wash was also included. I am constantly on the go between mine and my BFs schedule. My car 100% tells that narrative. While I try to vacuum leaves out when I can, my car hasn't been this clean since I drove it off the lot in 2013. The crew at this place did an AWESOME JOB! They all were friendly and knowledgeable. I had to drop it off about an hour early, to accommodate plans for the day and getting picked up, which they had no problems with. They said they would probably get to it before my actual appointment time. It took about an hour and a half for them to do everything that was included. They put down plastic covers for the seats, as they were still damp, along with the plastic covers for the floor boards. Only pro tip I would suggest is to go in spring/summer when it's warmer. I think the seats would have a faster way to dry if I was able to roll down windows while I drive or when it was sitting outside my place to air out a little. The first few days after the windows were so fogged up and things were still damp, since the weather lately has been cold and has been really wet and rainy. Other than that no issues whatsoever! And if you have to wait on your car, instead of getting picked up, they have a waiting room. It has plenty of seating, TVs, coffee station, drinks and snacks for purchase, tables/ bar tops to do work on, and I am assuming* free WiFi.

Overpriced. Poor customer service from the manager/supervisor in the bay. Do not recommend. Did not do a job worth the $ paid.

A Masterclass in Leadership and Customer Care…read more After a long and frustrating journey trying to resolve what I thought was damage to my car at the Greenwood Prime Car Wash location, I finally connected with Brian Kimberlin, Chief Operating Officer of Prime Car Wash -- and I could not be more impressed. Brian personally invited me to the Westfield location so he could inspect my vehicle himself. Within minutes of meeting him, I could tell I was in the hands of someone who truly leads with integrity. He listened, assessed, and even rolled up his sleeves to test a specialized cleaner -- which turned out to completely remove what had appeared to be deep marks on my car. The issue wasn't damage after all, but rather a heavy oil or residue that had spread across the surface. Brian and the Westfield team went above and beyond to make things right on the spot, and the results were miraculous. My car looks perfect. I left not just relieved, but genuinely inspired by the professionalism, empathy, and care this team showed. To the Prime Car Wash Leadership Team, thank you for building a company that empowers leaders like Brian to uphold your brand's reputation and deliver exceptional service. While my initial experience at the County Line Road location was disappointing, the follow-through and leadership demonstrated by Brian have earned my full confidence -- and a lifelong customer. Prime Car Wash, you've turned a negative into a powerful example of how customer service should be done. I'm grateful, impressed, and proud to be signing up as a member.

I can usually handle the ones where you just drive in and park and it moves around you. There used to be 2 in my neighborhood but one closed and the other has been broken for awhile. I have noticed that this location is always really popular so I thought I would stop in. I pulled up and the staff immediately greeted me and helped me select a wash, then guided me into the wash. The staff were wearing masks. I also noticed that they had a separate line for monthly subscribers. The wash got my car 98% clean, but I did only select the $6 wash. They also have free vacuums making it a pretty good value. If you don't get a car wash, the vacuums are $2.

I was originally told by a staff member that the company would take care of the damages. He took my information down and said that someone from corporate would call me. I went up to the carwash 3-4 more times to find out when someone would call me and I was given an excuse every time. A month later, I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon stating they were a manager and that the technician said they would not be paying for the damages because there is a sign up stating they don't pay for any damages done to the vehicle. When asked for the corporate number, I was told there isn't one. When I asked for the owners name, I was told they are very private. The a guy in the background stated I could go through my insurance. He then got on the phone and stated he was a manager and that they wouldn't be paying for damages. He then threw out that my car was SIX years old, and that it's been through snow and rain. He also stated he has an old car. When I told that my car isn't old, he then asked if I just got it off the car lot. I told him 2 years ago, I did. I then asked what he meant by that because my car isn't old or tore up and that it's irrelevant to what I'm calling for. He then moved on to tell me to look on Crew's reviews because I told him to look at the reviews with the damages done to the cars because of Royal's Car Wash. He said that stuff happens all the time, and that he has a million dollar machine. I told him damages never occurred at Crew and that he's giving me BS answers regarding my claim. He states I can go through my insurance and when I asked for the owner's info, he says he can't give it out and he says I can use his name, which he gives me. At this point, I was very frustrated as a customer and I got quiet. He says he has work to do and can't stay on the phone. Then hangs up on me. If you choose to go here, good luck!
