Had an overall great experience at Prime Car Wash, on 18 in Florence. My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday morning after breakfast to get both of our cars washed, both interior and exterior. There was no line, and our cars both got in immediately. Price was decent for that kind of service. Overall really pleased with the job that the staff did - they were very communicative about timing, asked about any additional items (like if we wanted a specific fragrance in our cars), and were very pleasant. Lobby was nice overall - I think there is coffee for members but for non-members like us it was pretty basic. Vending machine, comfortable seating, and the usual items for sale on one of the walls. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. If there was one hair to split, it did take a while to get the interiors cleaned; neither of our cars was dirty inside by any stretch, so I am going to chalk that up to them being thorough and call it fair. On the whole, I definitely will be back to Prime! read more

It's really not a bad was for the price. I paid for interior and exterior. I did bring them a newer car that was pretty clean to begin with. The crew isn't as detailed on the inside as I would like them to be but that could be because of their hourly pay. Like I said the car I brought was pretty clean and new to begin with so it's hard to say how they would do with a car that was more dirty on the inside. For the price you pay it isn't horrible at all though. read more

10 out of 10 for price and work done on my car! You can't beat the price for getting an interior and exterior car wash! They conditioned my seats and wiped everything down vacuumed windows for just $25 interior. I went ahead and invested in the monthly membership because you can go unlimited times for the month for interior and exterior washes. They did a great job and look forward to bringing the car around more during the year! read more

Fraudulent Billing Beware! Originally, I gave them a five star because the people are nice and they do a good job. However, I found out that they have been fraudulently billing us an extra $29.99 since last September. My husband and I went over there twice and I wrote to their terrible manager there, Zach, and he refused to refund it even though his employee took the sticker and promised it would not bill us. Very expensive and they didn't do that great of a job for the price. Then they try and upsell. I felt like I was at a tanning salon and they were trying to upgrade my package or sell me tanning lotion. It made me very uncomfortable. Also, they acted like it was going to be a great wash and some of the dirt didn't come off. I didn't like it and I was not impressed. read more

thought I would give them a try big mistame.....literally took twenty minutes to go from the road to have my order taken....there are much faster places to get your vehicle done than here and just as good wash.....didn't get the interior done because I couldn't imagine how long that would have taken. when cars are backed up into the road it's time to evaluate your process read more

My membership was charged 2 times in Dec. and double the amount I had signed up for. For a total of 150 a month. I asked them for my money back, they gave me half the money back and told me it was my fault for not keeping track of my membership. Lol, awesome, they can tell that to the BBB. read more

I joined not long after they 1st opened. Didn't have any problems at for 6 months , then the problems came each time I would go in. The fast pass line stopped working , they would come out to look up my membership #. that would take time , last 2 times it took over 20 min. of them trying to find out what was going on , and assured me it was fixed. Go there week later , same thing. only this time I went in to speak to management. The GM told me after hearing what has been happing say " I DOUBT THAT VERY MUCH DIDNT HAPPEN " I knew then it was the management at this place that had at least my account messed up. It was sad I really enjoyed how their equipment worked. all the people I dealt with were nice , more confused with their own electronics. Which circles back to management. I have Never even ever thought of being a Karen and making a review on a problem. hopfully they are able to fix this , or this will be another short lived car wash in FLORENCE read more

I went to get the inside of my windows cleaned and vacuumed out plus the outside washed. Outside good inside horrible. There were such smear marks at sunset that I could not safely see out my windows front and rear windows. They also left garbage in my car. I had car mats and they did not go down to the carpet. I showed them after they were done. They said they did not touch personal items in the car. Not worth the price. Horrible customer service. read more

Went to check out this new car wash in Florence. the outside of the car was okay but the inside was a mess. Paid extra to have the inside cleaned but only got half of it cleaned. Half the front windshield was not cleaned still had that white film on it. Nothing was vacuumed and only half of the dash and black vinyl was cleaned with the coating that I paid extra for. It was a very disappointing experience and for the amount of money that I paid to have the car washed none of it was worth it I would highly recommend no one used this place until things get better. read more

I had my car detailed after my kids turned it into a disaster zone--blue and white mystery goop all over the ceiling, crumbs everywhere, and sticky spots I didn't even know existed. I honestly didn't think it could be saved, but WOW. They did an incredible job! My car smells amazing, every surface is spotless and shiny--including the leather seats--and the floors are cleaner than they've ever been. It feels like a brand-new car. I'm beyond impressed. I'm also seriously considering banning my kids from ever setting foot in it again so I can keep it this clean forever! Highly recommend! read more

I bought a Prime car wash membership about 3 weeks ago. I've been very satisfied every time that I have been except today. I got home and there was as a scratch on the hood of the car about 6 inches long. It wasn't a deep scratch so I took a shamie cloth thinking it might buff it out but it never Came out.So I called and spoke to the manager, Zack at Prime car wash and told him about the scratch on the hood of my car. He showed no empathy at all. The only thing he could say was there's nothing in the tunnel that could scratch my car. He said we've washed hundreds of cars. He just kept repeating it over like 3 times when I told him there was no scratch on my car before I got there! He asked my name so I gave it to him and told him to cancel my membership. I have been to Mike's car wash and never had an issue. Zack's lack of empathy was horrible. I wouldn't recommend Prime car wash especially if your car is new. read more

Took my brand new 400 mile ram in for an exterior wash with towel dry. Total cost was $17. First point of contact could not explain the differences between packages and if asked a question she seemed more bothered by the question instead of willing to give an answer. Inside the carwash their equipment sounded like it was ripping the doors and glass out. One of the most violent car washes I had ever been through. Once that nightmare was done there was no one at the end to tell you where to go. So we pulled into the exterior bay for the towel dry. Once that was done I got out to inspect the truck for any damage. To my surprise the truck was still filthy. Asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for a manager and a very nice young lady came out and said she would get my $17 dollars for me. About 10 minutes later and she returned to tell us that the manager who was not on-site was unwilling to give us our money back and we should call him the following day to discuss it. After arguing for another 5 minutes and realizing they were not going to refund us we left. As a business owner this is a horrible way to operate a business. Customer satisfaction should always be the top priority. If they would have refunded my $17 this review along with my Google review would have been avoided. read more

i spoke with zac the manager about a withdrawl from my accout to renew a monthly service. when i first went there they were offering a promotion deal of $42 for the month to see if i liked there facility. unfortunately i was not happy with there service so i did not renew. also the price went from $42 dollars to $64.98 what a jump. Zac did cancel my membership but would not refund my money he said he cannot which is a lie. I will attemt to get my money back but will never visit this carwash again. read more
