If you live in Oregon or even Vancouver, I highly recommend checking out Primasing Motors in Lebanon to see if they have the inventory you seek; this was the most pleasant, most upfront, most fun (yes, even with a 94 x 2 mile RT). Small, family-owned, no nonsense, all professional. Kudos to Jeff and Hank. I recently moved back to Oregon from Arizona, knowing I would need a car and hoping to find one withing the one-month time-frame to change over my DL, and so I did not have to rent a car for my work commute too long. Took my truck for warranty work on friday, Was estimated to be done Wednesday. No call, no communication until I reached out friday and was advised part just came in and would try to get it done today. Got the call it was ready, picked it up to have greasy handprints on the fender and hood as well as oil spots under the hood. I wouldn't recommend primasing sales or service. I recently purchased a truck from the team at Primasing. It was honestly the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have made yet. I flew in from out of state to buy from them for a few reasons. Their pricing in the truck was by far better than anywhere in my home state or other dealers in Oregon. Not only was the truck priced great but they gave me a great price on an extended warranty which I generally am not a fan of purchasing due to how much dealers tend to increase the prices on them. Also a great deal on ceramic coating which I normally wouldn't buy from a dealer but at that price I couldn't pass it up and they did a really good job with it, my paint is nice and slick to repel contaminants. They also arranged a ride from another town when I flew in. Sarah from sales actually took the time to drive about 35-40 minutes one way to pick me up and haul me back to complete the transaction. She kept me up to date with photos, videos and getting the truck prepped for my delivery. Kim the office manager was awesome and up front out of the gate. She was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions for a few weeks before I could arrange the transaction and pick up of the truck. Great communication all around. Casey the general manager and owner was a pleasure to talk to when I first inquired on the truck. No one was pushy or pressuring me. Truly a very easy and pleasant car buying experience from start to finish. Just had a phone call with a Jared Alsup the General Manager there at Primasing. Was trying to sort out a situation for my parents discussing some damage to a car they bought that they believed was there before the purchase. Putting aside the damage, this is about my service on the call. Jared went immediately on the defensive when I was explaining the situation in a calm and cordial manner. He ended up calling me a little bitch and a little shit and other pathetic school yard names to try and rile me up or degrade me. This type of attitude and behavior is so low and juvenile. I just want to warn anyone wanting to buy here that these guys are great at putting on the fake friendly face when they want your money, but if any problems come up they will turn into snakes very fast. This is a phenomenal review for Primasing Motors service department. Read through it, you will find my kudos to Primasing. Took my 2016 Camaro in to power chevrolet three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster. First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed me the car was working as designed and there were no problems. The second time I took it into Power they acknowledged a problem, reprogrammed the radio and AC motors, and told me it was fixed. Took it back to power yet again, and they kept my car for 10 days. In ten days of looking, and supposedly calling a GM field rep out to look at my car, the give it back to me again telling me there is no problem. By the way, during the ten days they had my 5 month old Camaro they gave me a 2013 Chrysler 200 that ran like crap. A freaking Chrysler, talk about ticking me off....... I take the car in to Primasing Motors in Lebanon. Need my first service, so I figured while the car was there, I'd ask them to look at the issues I have been having. They tell me when I come in to get my car that the radio software was out of date so they reprogrammed it. And they found a bad defrost blend motor which was causing the defrost issue.and have ordered it for me. This diagnosis after only two hours! Congratulations Primasing Motors! I will be taking both of my cars there for service from now on and the next vehicles we buy will be from Primasing. read more

First of all, I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for many years. Josh is great. Brian and Ron before him were great. Now they have a new guy named Tony who tried to 'sell' me services I didn't need or want. He told me my Power Steering Fluid needed replacing. My car does NOT HAVE power steering fluid!!! He just wanted to make commissions on services I don't need or want. Shame on Primasing for hiring this clown. read more

I have had all my vehicles serviced here for 10 years. The Service Department had always been fair and friendly. This year, 2015, there was a total overturn in service staff that has made what was once a business I trusted into one that I don't trust. I took my Chevy Car in for an oil change and the technician put 10 pounds of extra pressure in my tires, almost burst them. I got an email from Onstar and quickly went to my local gas station to remove the extra air. I reported this to the Service Manager, Brian. Then I took my Chevy truck in for an oil change and they forgot to put the sticker in the window, and did not see that I had a headlight out. I had to make a second trip in to rectify this. It was the same guy that worked on my car. I am concerned that he does not know what he is doing and could do something wrong that would cost me a lot! The Service Engine soon light came on in my truck and that is the Emissions light. I called Brian and scheduled an Emissions inspection. When I arrived I went into the waiting room. Another customer came in and turned up the TV very loud watching soaps so I went back out to the showroom. My truck had not moved from where I parked it. It did not go in the shop at all! Then the service writer told me that I had a 'transmission problem' and would have to bring my truck back in for extensive tear down and repair. How do they know? They did not drive it or put it on a rack. There were and are no leaks. Transmission drives fine. They did not tell me the truth. I did my homework and found out that they work on commission and try to make work for themselves, especially with women who might not 'know'. I called Brian, the service manager and told him about this. I am afraid to take my vehicles there as they might intentionally do something to them to break them. The Service writers are new there and apparently that is their style. I don't like it. Will be shopping around for a new repair facility. Do your homework and don't ok any thing without a second opinion from another shop! read more

Today I had to travel to this dealership to pick up a part for my car. They were one of two dealerships that still had the now discontinued part for my three year old vehicle. My dealership offered to have them ship it to Salem but I didn't see the need for that. Primasing parts (Mike) was very accommodating and made sure the part fit before I bought it. Took my 2008 Saturn Outlook in due to a water leak. Service Department said they fixed it. Nothing was fixed. I ended up with an inch of water on my floor boards. My husband took the headliner out and found they didn't hook up the drain tubes. They are also refusing to fix the ignition re-call on my Cadillac even though GM told me to take it to them for repair. read more

My husband and I drove over from Corvallis, with our six month old child in tow, to test drive specific vehicles we saw advertised on their website. We called in advance to make sure that the vehicles we saw would be available to test drive before we drove the 30 minutes from Corvallis. The sales guy presumably checked, then told us yes the two cars we'd asked about were on the lot, and that we could test drive them. We set a time later that day to come test drive. When we arrived, there were several employees around, yet nobody was available to help us for 20 minutes. Finally the person we'd spoken to on the phone materialized, and took us out to the lot. We politely listened, and lugged our baby around in the car seat (on a pretty hot day), as he showed us random cars. He didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the cars, he basically just sort of pointed out what make they were, and noted obvious things about them. Maybe if we'd been interested in them, he'd have had more information. Finally we cut in and asked to see the specific cars we'd called about. He didn't know where they were, but eventually found an automatic sedan version of the manual hatchback we'd asked about. When I pointed out that this was not the same version of the car we'd seen advertised online, and called about, he seemed confused, and tried to say they didn't have what we'd called about. I pulled out my notes and gave him the specs of the car we'd asked to drive, and he said he didn't know why it wasn't on the lot, "well it is in our system, hmmm. Maybe it sold over the weekend." (Then why did he say it was available that morning?) Then he couldn't find the second car that we'd asked to drive. He kept trying to show us other random cars, and finally guessed that the two we'd asked about must be getting serviced or were getting detailed, and would be available to see "in a couple of days" and that "he could call us." He didn't seem to register that we'd driven over from Corvallis specifically to look at two cars AFTER calling to verify with him specifically that they'd be available. He also didn't seem embarrassed or apologetic that he'd given us totally wrong information on the phone. Very frustrating. My take? If they have a great deal on a car, and it isn't a big deal to check it out, and you don't have to go out of your way, go for it. Be prepared for a potentially disorganized car buying experience. And keep in mind that if this is their level of customer service, it may not be a dealership you'd like to have to be dealing with long term. It certainly does not seem like the kind of place that listens to customers or cares about what they want, or even values their time. We won't be back. read more
