However, their policy for warranty is one month only at time of purchase, there is no option to extend that warranty at all. This made me uncomfortable, as, to me, a longer warranty would have shown that they put more trust in their work. T.L.D.R. Respectful staff, no negotiation hassle, but be mindful of vehicle quality.

The staff was polite and very much on top of their game. In particular, Rick Gilpin, the salesperson who navigated me through a complex process with simplicity, was wonderful. He was courteous, attentive, and a generally pleasant person to talk to. There was no pressure or rush in the process. It was cordial, professional, streamlined, and well-planned out in efficiency and ease of getting through the purchase. The remaining crew were also great to work with, although I want to concentrate this review on Rick, for his ability to make a person comfortable with his down-to-earth approach. Part…read moreof their "Sales Process" is to print out the Car Fax service history and go over it with you and have you sign it. In this case, the RX350 was bought from them, sold back to them and only serviced through them, entire history was with this dealership. The service History listed breaks being replaced on June, prior to us buying it. The salesperson used that, along with the excellent service history, directly through them as justification for the higher price of the car. Fast forward to the service through them 10k miles later - Car will need new breaks soon, cost of $1000.00. I emailed the GM, Service Manager and used car manager sharing with them pictures of the signed Car Fax reports, explain the situation allowing for them to do the right thing. Would you be shocked if I told you that they said that it was wrong, new breaks were not done, doesn't matter that they sold it that way and that car fax has that info, nor did it matter that they were the only dealership to have worked on the car. Basically, they use the information to upsell the car at a higher price, have you reviewing it with the salesperson and sign it, but say that info doesn't matter when you use it to get an issue taken care of. They pulled the car fax report again a couple days ago and agreed that yes, it says the breaks were done in June of 2025. Doesn't matter, typical slimy car dealership. No honor, or integrity. Take a bow Lexus of Portland, you succeeded in taking advantage of a college student financing and purchasing her first "adult" car.

We wanted to get a Toyota just before the tariffs would hit. He amazed us with finding us a top-of-the-line Corolla for a really good (cash) price at another dealer. He talked us through the car's features, has let us know we can ask other questions as they arise. He also helped us with advice and working with a local company to buy our old car. I hope we never need to buy another car, but if we do need to, Ferguson is where we're going.

These are a fairly rare find and we needed it "yesterday" she was able to not only have a service body on the truck and ready to roll within 2.5 weeks, but dealt with my "nit-picky-ness" for days on end. We only get a new service truck once every 10 years, so we wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted/needed. all paperwork was overnight-ed with a return envelope and the whole transaction was extremely smooth. Her crew picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership to receive our new truck. Rachel was able to recommend a good hotel that just happened to be directly behind the dealership. Extremely happy with the service, the truck and every aspect of our purchase.

The only reason I went to Ford is because I had to or I wouldn't have and won't be going to Newberg Ford in the future.
