I went to this machine shop with a small one-time project. I should have noticed the warning…read moresigns: (No estimate as to how long the job would take AND no estimate on the cost of the project). After nearly two weeks with not hearing any word from the shop, I decided to pull the project. The work they did perform was, (which wasn't 1/2 of what was expected to be done), two cuts on two pieces of pipe and ream out 4 fittings to fit on the pipe. I was assured that the ream job would fit onto the pipes. After getting home I discovered that three of the fittings would not fit at all on the pipes. In the end what it amounts to is that I paid $65.00 to have them saw off two ends of pipe.

I recently purchased a cute vintage canned ham trailer... with an equally vintage trailer coupler…read more Somehow the trailer made it home from Tenino without coming off the hitch despite all the bumps, so I figured I shouldn't tempt the fates by taking it out on that coupler again. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was done super fast. It took one evening to cut off the old coupler, at which point it was discovered that the support piece of the tongue didn't extend out far enough to safely support the coupler. A couple nights later, he came back out with metal to extend the tongue and got the whole thing put on, all at the original price he quoted. Extremely happy with the work and really looking forward to getting this trailer out on the road! This is quality welding and I feel confident taking it out even on the rough forest roads.
