This company came to my work and trimmed branches from our tree. Once trimmed, one of the workers proceeded to then drag the branches across the front of my car and dropped a branch of the hood of my car leaving scratches and a small ding in my hood. When I confronted the workers, I was told to contact their office, which I did. The desk person took my info and reached out to The "foreman" who called me back the next day and got all the info and was going to have a talk with the employee who did it. The foreman said he would have the owner call me to make things right. It has been over a month and I have called and emailed multiple times and have received no further communication from the company. Do not use this company. Earlier this Spring, we payed them $500 to prune our apple tree so it would be healthy this summer. They showed up and cut some branches, took their money and left. Our tree has never been more unhealthy. After calling(their number seems to be disconnected?), emails, and text messages have gone unanswered, I have to say that their business is completely unprofessional. If you need tree care, PLEASE look elsewhere. read more

We hired this company a couple of years ago to remove some dead trees on our property. They did a wonderful job so we hired them again to remove a tree that had fallen in a recent storm. The salesperson, James, was fantastic and very attentive before and after the work. Unfortunately, the crew doing the work did a frustrating job. They didn't exactly follow the instructions on the work order or that my husband gave them. They removed a bunch of trees and brush that were unnecessary to take out, ruining some the privacy between us and our neighbor. In addition, we specifically requested the tree be left in 8-foot sections and instead, they cut the tree up into two to four-foot sections. We were disappointed with the outcome. I called James to complain and left an unhappy review. Within minutes I received a call from Ronny, the owner of the company, who was deeply apologetic and offered to do everything they could to make things right. He's not only providing a 15% discount. He also is going to give us the 8-foot fence slats we need from their lumber yard so we still have the material we need for projects, and, he's also going to have his crew cut up the two-to-four-foot lengths of tree into firewood for us all free of charge! As a business owner myself, I'm impressed. I very much appreciate him being so concerned and wanting to fix the situation. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Olympia Tree Care. We were very impressed with the professional, friendly service we received from first phone call through the finished job. After asking for our preferences, Dave and Nick got right to work removing a large dead maple and then grinding a few stumps. They worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. We needed a tree removed from our property as it was too close to the septic drain field and could compromise our septic system with its roots system. Olympic Tree service scheduled a day and time for this to be done and they were here on time and accomplished the job in a professional and timely manner. Ronnie is a certified arborist. We hired his crew for some work and was so impressed by them that I had them back a second time to do some more work that we were going to put off until later. They show up on time, have all the right equipment, work hard, and are obviously experienced. We would hire them again and highly recommend them. read more

Ronnie and his team at Olympia Tree Care are the best. The whole crew was wonderful. They removed several trees around our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. It was clear that they observed the most careful safety standards. They cleaned as they went and they kept us informed of what was happening.
