Call for help from the place that did the installation and was told they won't help us and to do it ourselves. I suppose a repair job just wouldn't pay enough to make it worth their time. Bought my mower here awhile ago for 5gs on finance with a 5 year warranty. I paid it off in 3 years…read moreand they told me my warranty would not continue unless i continued to pay them extra for it as I paid it off. First off, how does that work? My warranty should continue regardless! Granted I'm a mechanic so I can fix it myself, but wtf?! Secondly I went to go get a fuel filter(after my warranty expired obviously, and not that I even needed it, I'm just doing good pmcs. I still have only 60hrs on the thing after 7 years. Yes this is a review long time coming), and they wanted my name, phone number and address! For a fuel filter? It wasn't even kohler brand! I told them to shove it, and went across the street to tractor supply and got a REAL kohler brand fuel filter. Screw this place! I love my mower! But except nothing from this company! If you buy something from here, buy it and get out! They have nothing worth while to offer. Unless your willing to shell out your money.

Hire S&S immediately: they are absolutely miraculous. We needed an architectural, fully stainless…read moresteel drainage system to set within concrete at a high-end residence. We contacted every metal fabricator in the area assuming none could do it by our pour date. Most didn't get back to us. Others responded: it was impossible to complete the project by our date. We were shocked and dubious that S&S responded: sure, we can do it. We sent them final drawings on a Friday and picked up all finished components the following Wednesday. They even included a custom tool needed for post-installation maintenance we hadn't thought of. And: the final cost was more than 20% under their up-front quote. Unfathomable.
