They do. It did not seem that they had same selection as others and no realistic room settings just stuff hanging. I did find some great prices on full length mirrors under $200 worth returning for.

Clean space, lots of furniture options to look at. They also have a sale section in their back room where you can buy the floor pieces. Staff don't really make initiative to talk to you, which I quite enjoy since I just like to browse on my own. I haven't purchased anything from this store yet so not sure how the customer service really is but enjoy walking through the store for inspo! The store is SO big, probably 4-6 times the size of an average Winners. Once you walk in the door, you'll be overwhelmed by how much stuff there is, yet its so clean and organized at the same time. Divided into several sections (home decor, kitchenware, bathroom, bed linens), they even have a really good selection of furnitures. You'll also find a small clearance section as well. Most items are rather affordable (still cheaper than department store prices) and the selection is great! I frequently come here to buy small nick nacks for my food photography and every time, I don't leave empty handed. Customer service is a 5 star, especially the cashiers, they are fast and efficient.

An absolute horrific experience that spanned almost four months…read more. Through this experience we've learned that a true measure of a company's integrity and trustworthiness should not be assessed from those situations that go well, but rather how the company handles those situations that do not go well. It all began early Nov, 2024. We ordered five WAC Volga lights, all of which arrived on Dec 9, 2024, and all defective. The glue that adhered the fabric to the shade had delaminated in in spots. As we had already been waiting over a month and with an final electrical inspection due we requested to choose an alternate light. Our request was ignored and we were advised "lead time is two weeks". We proceeded to request a refund and Casa Di Luce replied with "Sorry, we can't do that". I wasn't happy so I posted a review on their website (see photo). Incidentally you may read other accounts of reviews disappearing, all of which Casa Di Luce denies any involvement. Not sure what happened to mine but it's no longer on their website. Back to it.. Five weeks passed. No lights. We reached out to again requesting a refund and citing the need to complete an electrical inspection. Their response - "the product was out of stock and they were doing their best". So much for the two week lead time. We asked when we should expect the matter to be resolved and at what point would a refund be considered. Their response: "A refund COULD be considered when the product is discontinued and no pieces are left in stock". Apparently a refund was not in the cards. It was at this point that we realized that Casa Di Luce only cared about the sale, and not the customer. Next set of lights were received on Feb 4. All deflective in the same way. We sent them a video of one of the fixtures, which represented the issue that all the lights had. Again, we requested a refund. Our request was ignored, and Casa Di Luce responded by stating "I noticed in your video the lights are already installed. I'm going to forward this concern to the manufacturer". We felt they were attempting to invalidate our claim. We were distraught. The lights had never been installed. The video of the light was taken on our kitchen countertop. We felt that Casa Di Luce was not acting in good faith. We advised them that we would be initiating a charge back with our credit card company. I again requested a refund. Finally they acknowledged our request, but it appeared they intended on charging us a 30% restocking - based on an attachment the included in their email, and provided no shipping labels for the five of the ten lights so presumably shipping at our cost. We did not feel this was an acceptable resolution. We asked if a restocking fee as going to be applied. Their response: "Once you send us everything we will inspect them". Much like when we had requested a refund and they ignored us there was a clear pattern emerging - Casa Di Luce avoids answering questions. I asked bluntly - "Will you be providing a full refund and shipping labels for the remaining five lights"? Their response: "We need to inspect the last replacements the manufacturer send you." I followed up with "you have not answered my questions. Please answer the following: Will you be providing a full refund (including the cost of shipping) if all 10 lights are returned?" Their response "from the video you shared, the lights appear to be in good condition". I'll save you the rest of the back and forth - roughly 30 more emails over the span of 45 days of us asking questions repeatedly and them not answering them. Eventually, they stopped replying. Meanwhile, we had the lights inspected by a local retailer who sells WAC lighting, and they were able to provide us a letter stating that the lights were defective. At some point the credit card company approached Casa Di Luce. Casa Di Luce denied our claim. Eventually (early April), were were advised that our charge back was successful. The evidence was clear. The credit card company reversed the $1200 charge. The nightmare was finally over.

Ana, the sales associate who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable...and they are not pushy at all...I bought a few lighting fixtures from them earlier, all at 20% off and have received plenty of compliments from my friends and family. My brother ended up getting the same dining room lighting fixture from them after seeing mine! I am very glad that I discovered this store on the internet and I will go back and order some more fixtures from them soon...

But that's not what I'm writing to you about -- I'm writing because shopping at your store was a great experience! ...from the moment we stepped through the door of Guff and were greeted (by Schroeder) to being assisted with checking out the table/being shown how the drop leafs work (by Schroeder) to paying for the table and a couple of ceramic cups and saucers (the latter just having arrived/but Schroeder looked them up/"no problem") to having our table prepped for pick up (by Paul and Schroeder) to being greeted the next day with a smile (by Paul) to the assist with the table being lifted into the back of our SUV (by Paul) ...it could not have been a better experience!! We will definitely be back -- AND we'll pass on to everyone we know and then some, what a great place to shop Guff is!
