Lauren Haze of the Priestess Project is a true healer! I highly recommend her to anyone who desires wellness of body, mind, and spirit. She will help you smile from the inside out, heart, soul, spirit, and even all those aching little parts of your body.
Let me tell you what I know and how I came to know Lauren:
"Lauren Haze believes there is a mover, shaker or dancer in everyone just waiting to be released. Whether it is released through dance, pilates, drumming or bodywork, she wants you to feel better in your body on the planet! The Priestess Project offers: Drum Circles, Dance, Pilates, Strength Training, Cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki, Energy Balancing and Guided Visualizations to help you connect with your higher wisdom. Private sessions are available along with classes, workshops and retreats."
I suffer from chronic daily headache, and have for more than 12 years. I have been through over 40 treatment modalities including most narcotics, behavior modifications, physical therapies, alternate therapies, feedback, acupuncture/pressure, reflexology, etc. I got myself narcotic free before I reached a point where that would be too difficult.
My primary doctor is an osteopath who supervises an occasional student, and got one who was very good in cranial manipulation. For the few weeks he was in the office I got this done 2-3 times a week and had amazing relief.
When he left, I tried to find a local cranial-sacral therapist (the full manipulation) and couldn't find a single one that would accept my medicare. When I found the one in the office where I see Lauren, he wasn't available as often as I needed, so they also booked me with Lauren, for cranial and bodywork. The best decision anyone has made for me in my headache relief in years!
Lauren does several kinds of massage according to what the energy reading or my words indicate are needed, plus energy balancing, Reiki, cranial manipulation, deep breathing, laying on of hands, and other techniques as needed.
For others she teaches pilates at this office, and does gym work. Everyone seems to truly like her, saying she gives a mean workout.
At Swerve Studios she has a weekly soul dancing class. She also leads a drum circle. In 2008 she was chosen a Lululemon Ambassador. read more
