I uesd to have a lower back pain and tried do alot of things to fix it like massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, and etc. but it didn't get better. So I took 10 private sessions with Gayoung who is instructor in Movement Piates and my back pain has gone now. I really recommand this studio because they are so professional and know what they need to do for customer's condition.

The studio is always spotless with tons of class options throughout the day. They also offer validated parking (that's like finding a pot of gold in DTLA) so there's no excuses to not go. I haven't had the chance to work out with all the instructors due to my personal schedule, but each & every one thus far has been fun, patient, challenging, & effective. I vibe the most with Reese, Rita, & Ann because their routines have my legs & abs shaking every single time. I strategically save them for weekends when I don't mind being rendered completely useless afterwards. My only suggestion: make intro classes mandatory for newbies so instructors aren't stopping mid-class (& mid-pose ) to correct form. I was once that person, so I say this with love! The people here are the real magic, though. Every single person, from the front desk, to the instructors, to my fellow students, is an absolute sweetheart. Toni especially is pure sunshine in human form & must be protected at all costs! Thank you, Club Pilates, for my one hour of flawless vibes & sanity per day. My therapist thanks you too

Definitely recommend Kayla for both beginner and advanced. Her instructions are very clear and her cues/analogies were personally life-changing for my mind-to-muscle connection. Transitions are always chef's kiss as well. Annie's classes are always challenging in the best way. I personally love how well balanced her blocks are. Legs, arms, and core are equally challenged during class. That being said, her arms and abs classes are soooo good, as well.

The equipment is well-maintained, and the class flows smoothly without interruptions, which makes it easy to stay fully engaged. The coach's cueing was very detailed, making even new movements easy to understand. What stood out most was how clearly they guided where to engage and use your strength, which really elevated the quality of the workout. Instead of just using brute force, it felt more about control, and you can definitely feel the targeted muscles afterward. The difficulty level isn't exactly easy, but it's also not overwhelming. You can adjust based on your own condition, which I appreciated. You'll definitely break a sweat and feel your core working the entire time!

Shout out to Trisha for being my first instructor ever of Pilates and making me feel like I had such a rewarding workout that I can't stop coming back for more. Alexa dining off. Sadly, I haven't been able to come back for more with her since my call schedule conflicts with her class times, but I also have had had an amazing time working out with Nicole. I will say that I can get lost a lot as a beginner to reformer pilates and sometimes it's hard to see the example or cue from afar, but overall the coreology sessions are incredible. For the sake of research before committing to one brand, I compared my first session of coreology to club pilates' intro session out of curiosity and was sad to say I didn't even break a sweat at club pilates, so I'm glad I found coreology first.

The instructor was in training so this is not representative of all classes - fyi. The workout was a bit clunky at times in terms of cuing and I wish there were shoutout for more modifications (advancements vs regressions), but overall challenging with good breaks. The music was definitely energizing, the space was spacious and bright. There are two private changing areas, cubbies, water dispenser and a k cup machine for complimentary coffee, which is a nice touch! Also, huge perk that there's free two hour parking at ROWDTLA! All in all a great and challenging workout- only comment is for the cuing and mods. :)

I have been doing Pilates for years not super regularly but often enough (2-3x a month) and love it as an adjunct to my spin and boot camp style classes I normally go to. This is VERY different than my sleepier Pilates class that I was going to in Altadena and Pasadena in a great way (still love my old studio too)! The classes are challenging, the music is lively, and the pace is quick! I have never been so thoroughly sore in so many different muscle groups post Pilates. Special shoutout to the instructor Amanda. She has great energy, is on it the whole time, and has great music. I love how holistic the class is- really gets every single part of the body. She's also hands on with adjustments which I love because sometimes I space out in class and need more one on one re-direction. Beautiful studio space with everything you need including cute socks and water skincare etc. Easy to book and staff is friendly.
