They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

Some of the adorable tassels of yarn were broken apart and separated. I took it back and they wanted to " try something else" so reluctantly I gave it back. The owner stated " on the back of our receipt it says we only give you back Pennie's on the dollar for what the item cost to clean" That is a flat out lie. The back of the receipt says nothing of the sort. Now when picking it up I see they completely damaged the cashmere making it bleed into other parts of the scarf, roughing it up and ruining it. They tried to charge me but I'm like I don't think so. I am headed to small claims court against them. Horrible customer service horrible dry cleaning. Buyer beware they will ruin your belongings. There was no food nor drink where I eloped, I wore my gown for a total of about 10 minutes I changed once again back into my hiking clothes before we hiked off the mountain the only stains that were on my dress were dirt and grass stains but now I have what looks like burn marks all over my gown but according to Sonja it's "wine". They had my dress for over three weeks when I went to pick it up they said it was not ready and to come back the next week, when I came back in they said it looks brand new! No red tags (which means there is stains they could not get out). So they had my dress for close to a month. Finally it was ready to come home...but now it has new stains.... so my question is are they letting other people wear our wedding gowns? is this like a side hustle going on!? I asked for a refund and Sonja acknowledge that they sent my gown home dirty but she would not give me a refund ,the only other solution was to let her have it again to try and clean it again.... She (same gal at drop off) came out and started to finish putting away the previous persons order that she left lying on the counter. No communication. No eye contact. Not "hello", nothing. When she finally came back to the counter, I handed her my receipt. She wandered off for a long while, came back empty handed and said "Well, it's not here. Come back tomorrow." She asked me what the items were.....well, if she'd written them down on the ticket she'd have known that. I listed off the items. She said, "No, those aren't here". I asked if she thought the items would indeed be here on Tuesday as it's a drive for me to come into town. She laughed (not a kind laugh---an "I hate my job and I don't much care for you either" laugh). She added "The receipt means nothing. They might be here tomorrow". "The Linger Longer Laundtomat"? There are live plants everywhere, and healthy too! The decor is cute, comfortable non-crowded seating, plenty of long folding areas, snacks available for purchase, tv, community posting board, vintage arcade game table, children's play area, wi-fi, take-a-book/leave-a-book, and a free pile. If you forgot any laundry products you can purchase them right there too. It is located right across the street from Wal-Mart so that's also a convenient option as well. The machines are even more heavy duty commercial grade than I've typically encountered as they REQUIRE you to pack them full to work efficiently so go ahead and send the hubby as he can't go wrong! Seriously though, I was skeptic but I did it and there was still room for the water to really swish them around and they get super clean. The wash cycle takes about 21 minutes. DO bring actual cash, bills not change. Not because it's expensive but because they use a card system you load funds onto using a machine and then you simply use that card in the machines. If you are having a hard time deciding how much to put on it for your amount of laundry, the attendant can help with that to minimize any credit left on it. Although, the card is reloadable and never expires. I spent roughly HALF doing laundry here versus other places. All in all, this is the first time I can honestly say doing laundry was a pleasant experience and not just a chore. Now if they only served a nice cold beer... "Sippin' Suds Laundromat"?
