Don arrived at 9am 48 hours later as agreed, picked up the canisters and by 1pm we had our full report emailed to us. This is the second time we used RTS and you can be sure we will use them again.

They tried to correct the issue so I give them 2 stars-but the over topic is 1 star. The owner did speak to me & apologize ( admitting fault) but that doesn't correct my paint. My paint looks like a little kid painted their nails. I worked with cars for years- this isn't right. I'm sure they didn't do this to the sports cars all over their Facebook page. I asked them to vacuum my car and spot clean some stains. They wiped down the dash, but didn't get the stains. So why wipe the dash? I called to correct this & they basically blamed the lack of communication on me. The paint correction was horrible. I gave them a paint pen & they didn't sand or shine anything properly. I felt so disrespected, they thought I'd be okay with that quality. And I got a ceramic coat- that was fine but I have a horrible taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I won't be back. Two days later, I used a drone to inspect the roof and discovered a missing shingle. When I emailed them a picture of the issue, they ignored me and simply resent the bill. Since I felt the job was incomplete, I sent the picture again, but received no response. I ultimately had to hire another company to fix the problem. With their history in construction and remodeling, they could quickly see and point out problems. We spent almost 3 hours walking around the entire property together, outside and inside. We checked the roof, attic, and basement. We tested all the appliances and fixtures. We checked the hvac, electrical, and sump pump systems. Best of all, they are funny and easy to talk with. They answered all of my questions and provided advice on how I could DIY fix some of the smaller problems. My home inspection was fun and very educational! Afterwards, they sent us our report that same night! We also received our radon testing results in 2 days. They were also able to provide a rough general estimate for repairs.

Hired Neil and Vincent to inspect a house, while most of the report was accurate…read morethey failed to inspect the deck and discover the MAJOR wood rot in the floor joist and support beams. Rot so bad that that the joist wouldnt even support the weight of a person standing on it, and the rot was all the way through the entire joist, top to bottom. This was pressure treated lumber and there is no possible way it went from being in good condition as they reported to fully rotted away in 4.5 months. This resulted in repairs in the $1000's. When contacted to get a refund, Vincent asked why I didn't discover the problem sooner and bring it to their attention. PA allows up to One (1) year to find Errors/Omissions in an Inspection Report, I reported mine within 4.5 months of moving into the house. They then tried to blame heavy vine coverage to blocked their view, the inspection was in April, nothing was heavily grown yet, I have pictures to show how clear the view of everything was just days before the actual inspection. Very unprofessional and overlooks problems and then blames the client for not finding their mistake sooner. Vincent threatened me with slander for this bad review.
