The Perfect place for great gifts. Who doesn't like chocolate, especially when gift wrapping is free! Customer service is excellent and the staff will work with you to customize a perfect looking presentations. But don't forget to get a few pieces of candy for yourself. I recommend the Figaro's, Dark Chocolate Nougatines, or the Dallops (a little bit of chocolate with a little bit of caramels).

Such a cute little candy shop. The staff is very friendly and they have so much to choose from. I got chocolate covered bacon and these spicy peanuts. Both were delicious. Will be back.

You feel like you have gone back in time when you walk in here. This is how a candy store should look. They have great chocolate. Yum.

I walked into this quaint shop and was welcomed by three workers. Super sweet and welcoming. I went straight to the fudge and they had a lot of varieties to pick from. I first decided on one square of chocolate peanut butter and after looking more, the worker suggested I should get one more. Yes, she was right! Got some cookies and cream fudge too. They last well in the fridge and more to share. The fudge was priced very well. I was expecting more but it was a great price. Had some fudge tonight and they both are delicious!

It's not every day that I think, "Huh, I want some fudge," but why not?! It's delicious and the fudge here is fantastic. The customer service was phenomenal, and it smells like your next happy place. I'm happy to add it to my list of places to stop at whenever we visit NE. We had a nut allergy in our group, and they were very accommodating and told us about their protocol to prevent cross contamination (washing blades and pans in between batches) and packaged the items for our nut allergy friend separately. Although there isn't a 100% certainty, I'm happy to say our friend did not need an epi pen and was thrilled with his fudge!

They also sell chocolates and gifts, adding to the "fun little shop" feel as soon as you walk in. I went specifically for ice cream because I was looking for a nearby ice cream shop, and this one caught my eye. It wasn't too crowded when I visited, and the staff was relaxed, friendly, and helpful while getting my scoop ready. I ordered a cookies-and-cream-style flavor with a blue base and cookie crumbles, and it was exactly what I needed on a hot Friday afternoon during a Massachusetts heat wave. I got the smallest (pixie, 4oz) size, and it was plenty for me. Overall, it's a very cute, kitschy little shop that's easy to pop into if you're in town. I wish I'd had more time to explore the gifts and chocolates, but even just stopping in for ice cream was a fun treat.

That's kind of steep for chocolate but it was gourmet truffles. I really loved them! They tasted fresh & light. They were perfect not too sweet just right. The inside was fluffy & moist. I picked the love spell, protection charm, fireball, & levitation ones. The love spell was rich vanilla bean in a white chocolate ganache w/ a white chocolate shell. The protection charm was pumpkin spice latte infused w/ white chocolate ganache, dollop of whipped topping, & a thin dark coffee ganache in a dark chocolate shell. The fireball was cinnamon cheesecake in a milk chocolate shell. And finally the levitation was caramel ganache on top of a bed white chocolate rice crespearls (think Rice Krispies cereal) in a milk chocolate shell. Just describing the truffles is fancy, lol. The box it was put in was fancy & cute! Def was worth the money. It melted in my mouth & all the flavors bursted when I took a bite. Yummy! She had chocolate lollipops for sale as well. I was good w/ the truffles.

If you don't know, "Edible Arrangements", yet, you really need to check them out, even if you don't quite need to use them right now... because, eventually, you will. Edible Arrangements HUGE variety of delicious chocolate-covered fruit displays are not only as visually appealing as they are tasty but they are forever the perfect alternative to the usual gifts of flowers and chocolates. With this, gift recipients get BOTH; "floral"-looking arrangement of chocolate covered fruits is just so pleasing on so many levels! After you pick just the right gift from dozens, if not hundreds, of selections, you can also add on anything else relevant you want such as a balloon, or a fuzzy little bear/animal, plus you can have them write, and include, a card with your gift. They're very good about delivery. They use refrigerated trucks and, so far, I know of no instance where they've ever left anything outside under circumstances where it would spoil. Watch, send someone a gift from Edible Arrangements and not only will they profusely thank you on the day they receive it, but they'll be thanking you again and again and again with each new bite they take of a chocolate covered strawberry, pineapple and/or orange. I wish I was there to see it! Enjoy!

The inside of Ye Olde Pepper Companie is very small, the line took up the entire store and people actually had to wait outside until people left before they could come in. The line moved quickly though and they were very organized when helping customers. There are no tables to sit at, just tables, cases and shelves of candy!
