We asked if we recd the correct tea and was told yes then after we started drinking them discovered they were distributed incorrectly. Asked for agave and did not get it. Had to ask a second time. Baked goods were disgracefully stale and store bought. Awful. For the price they charge all of it should be scratch baked and not stale. Even the gross white bread on the sandwiches was stale! The mixed greens on the chicken salad was wilted and rotten and had to be picked off. Some of the sweets tasted like they were the store bought mini muffins in the packs. The cream cheese sandwiches seemed to be made made hours ago and sat for a long time in fridge. Nothing was fresh. Scones were dry and stale. And quiche turned out to be egg bites. With nothing much in them. Was told childrens meal would be ham and cheese and pbj sandwiches. They didn't have ham and cheese. They offered a bunch of premade, store bought junk like choc covered oreas and stale donut holes instead. We are furious for what we paid, they nowhere, no how delivered. It was an insult at best.

First I waited months for an…read moreestimate (no big deal because I had plenty of time) and then when I got the estimate I questioned one of the prices to see if we could do something different and I never heard back. Here is the thing...In my email I explicitly said "what can you do for "x" amount of money?" I then went on to say "if there is nothing you can do that is fine and I understand". I worked in the design industry for years and my pet peeve was people who wanted the world but didn't want to pay for it. I wasn't asking for that, I was asking for options. To never even respond is completely unprofessional. So, in the final hours I found a different place and only ordered what I knew I couldn't DIY - a corsage and two bouttoniares. This new place treated me like I had just given them a million dollar contract. They wanted me to be perfectly satisfied and they told me so. I felt so "seen" and respected. They asked if I was going to have a bouquet and I said I was but that I was going to attempt to make it myself. Thinking they'd be horrified and I'd never hear from them, like Singing Flower, they said "Oh, you can totally make your own! Especially the kind you are describing." Well, I went ahead and did just that and what I made with my friend was STUNNING and affordable. I will be forever grateful to this other flower shop and I will sing their praises. True professionals in every sense. What Singing Flower doesn't realize is that the company I work for requires the use of floral services and they spend tens of thousands a year. I don't have a lot of money to spend on flowers, but they do, and now I can recommend this other floral shop for their needs. You should treat everyone equally regardless of budget because it is the right thing to do AND you never know who THEY know.

The workers in the farm area weren't helpful and actually led us in the wrong direction for the tractor ride and we missed it and didn't get to ride it. When we went to the front desk, I showed them the $80 transaction proving I had just paid for four admissions. But here's the part that is genuinely unbelievable: the front desk employee said, verbatim, "Yes, I remember you got four tickets, and I watched you put it on him." So there was literally no dispute. Their own employee confirmed that I paid for my son's admission AND that she personally watched me put his wristband on him. A man was then called over and, despite hearing this, repeatedly told me that because my two-year-old no longer had his wristband, I hadn't purchased his admission. I kept explaining that I had. I showed him the payment. His own employee told him I had. He kicked my entire family out anyway. They told me they processed a full refund, which I will update this review to confirm once it appears on my card. I can understand having a wristband policy. I cannot understand accusing a customer of not paying when you have both proof of payment AND an employee standing there confirming she personally watched the wristband go onto the child's wrist. Absolutely appalling way to treat a family over a two-year-old losing a wristband. We will never return. This is the guy who clearly has an ax to grind with a two year old. I'd be careful with this place- clearly a scam.
