The cheeseburger was small, and fairly juicy and tasty with a soft regular bun. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside and soft inside and very good. I counted at least 15 employees either working or on break and every one was dressed in the appropriate uniform, working efficiently (or on their lunch break) and in a wonderful mood. My wife and I ordered separately but we had our food delivered to our table in less than 2 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. Even the staff that were stuck running take-out orders in the rain to the parked cars were in good spirits. Why is it that every other fast food chain manages to hire workers who are either apathetic or unfriendly? I am sick and tired of walking into other places and having staff screw up my order; pay more attention to their phone than me; ignore dirty tables, dining rooms and counters; or use foul language when there are customers around. Why can't the world be filled with more Chil-fil-A restaurants!

We liked the open kitchen environment. The staff seemed happy, the music added to the sense of authenticity of this establishment. The tofu and seitan were excellent. We're in town once a week six months out of the year and will be back before long. We rate it 6 Stars out of 5!

With all the toppings, each bite had a mix of textures and flavors, from the fresh veggies to the tangy sauces. I opted out for pickles. The bun held up well despite all the toppings. The strawberry shake was thick and creamy with a strong strawberry flavor. It paired perfectly with the burger and basically counted as dessert. Service was quick and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Prices aren't cheap for fast food, but the portions and quality make it feel worth it.

The sandwich was ALL bread, BBQ sauce and VERY VERY VERY little shred chicken. If there was an ounce on the sandwich, I'd be surprised. Since I was eating with people, I didn't want to mention it to management. The Wild Rice soup was also more broth than anything. For the price they charge... or any price at all for that matter... this was a total rip-off. I haven't been to Panera for months, and now I remember why. The only positive was that the restaurant was clean and the cashier personable. Service wise on food delivery... slow... but it was noon-ish.

I get it - you can't anticipate and hire for every rush. Today I ordered through the drive up window. $6.00 Biggie Bag with CRISPY CHICKEN and BBQ sauce for the nuggets. I was told to pull into a parking space and wait. I did. 15 minutes or so, during which time a woman came out several times with bags, shouting something which wasn't clear, offering me a bag. I said Biggie Bag with crispy chicken. First time, she said "no" and gave it to someone else. Same second time. Third time, I repeated Biggie Bag/Crispy Chicken sandwich. Got home with the bag - I had some sort of Bacon Cheeseburger, no nuggets. But I did have the BBQ sauce. I appreciate the need to have bilingual staff. But I would suggest that they be fluent enough in English as to be able to confirm that the bag they are offering is the bag that was ordered.

Usually every aspect of my experience whenever I go is negative. I can't even say the employees are polite. I'm not usually greeted with a "hello" or anything of the sort. The food is just awful. The fries are always and I mean ALWAYS stale. The burgers are gross and have lots of little bone pieces in them. The service is the worst. There is always a SUPER long line and it takes FOREVER for people to receive their orders. It's ridiculous. I can no longer stop there unless I have a considerable amount of free time to waste.
