Amazing tour and tasting. Quique was an awesome host. So friendly, knowledgeable, and really made our experience memorable. Tour was interesting- we even were able to see the guys pressing the skins- just a magical day. The wines are outstanding. We loved each taste- Merlot from the barrel... !! We also loved the famous cab franc- but don't dismiss the Chardonnay or Cab Sauv. Don't miss out on this vineyard... it's worth the ride up the curvy road!!

Pride Mountain is where the valleys of Napa and Sonoma meet in a perfect union. You can literally stand right where the counties split in a perfect photo op! You'll be enamored by those breathtaking wine country views and their succulent red wines. Tasted here with a friend and we had a lovely experience. If you're into history and engaging wine walking tours, Pride Mountain is your baby. Their tasting includes a tour of their property, and the tastings are done in group settings unless a private tasting is specified. We started our tasting in the main tasting hall at the entrance and were given a splash of their yummy Viognier. This was actually the only white wine that we tried during our tasting, but it was light and refreshing. Brittney was our tour guide and she was absolutely delightful! She told us about the history of Pride Mountain and elaborated on their family arch that separates the Sonoma and Napa valleys. She also gave us a wonderful cave tour where I was able to enjoy a fabulous Merlot! I was smitten. I am not generally a fan of Merlots, but I was utterly impressed with theirs. We finished the tour on their side patio by partaking in a few side by side tastings of their Cab Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. If you enjoy bolder red wines, you will fall head over heels for their Cab Sauvs. They are truly exquisite. We were paired with a couple in our group and it was fun to interact with them during our tasting. The tour was incredible and Brittney was fantastic! I also mustn't forget to mention the glorious views. This winery is perched super high up on a hill (be mindful of the one lane road and the windy drive up). The views are drop dead gorgeous everywhere that you turn. Although I enjoyed the tour, I wished that my friend and I would have gotten a little more time to relax and socialize. The tour and tasting is definitely more focused on the learning aspect, which is totally fine. We're just used to having some time to relax in between tastes. All in all, it was super informative and the wines are definitely top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in an intimate tour and beautifully bold red wines.

Pride Mtn has been a staple for us for years. Never a disappointment when we visit. The staff, especially Jay, are incredibly friendly, the property is spectacular and their wines are superb. The cave tour is amazing and it's always fun to get to taste a hidden gem from one of the unreleased vintages! The beauty that surrounds the property is indescribable and all I can say is go visit! You do need reservations...and the road up is windy so plan accordingly.

Annie made our experience so wonderful! Beautiful grounds. Great wine! It was also a huge plus that they allowed children, Thank You!!

Pride is an absolute gem and is located in both Sonoma & Napa County lines. The property is absolutely beautiful! It is a bit of a drive to get there whether coming from St. Helena or Santa Rosa but it's well worth it! I recently enjoyed the reserve experience at Pride Mountain, which includes a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and library wines. The length of time is 90 minutes on the dot. During this tasting, we were immediately greeted by our host Brittney in the tasting room with a splash of Viognier. We then proceeded to learn some history about Pride Mountain. We then headed into the cave to walk around and learn more about the wine and winery. In the cave, we tasted a Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon. We then sat on the patio and enjoyed the rest of our tasting with some nibbles of cheese and nuts. I enjoyed both the Viognier and Merlot as the standouts. The Cabernets were wonderful as well! Brittney was very knowledgeable and provided a fun and educational experience throughout our visit. You could tell she is passionate about the wines and wine industry. I highly recommend visiting Pride Mountain and had a wonderful experience!

Super great wines and tour experience! Lovely vibes going into the tunnels with options to taste inside or outside. We loved the reds they poured for us with a surprising white. Arrive was friendly and knowledgeable. Gorgeous views from the top!!!

Had a great tasting experience with Jay this morning. The winery sits on beautiful ground with lots of history. Jay was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. I learnt so much from him. Even the rain didn't tarnish the experience at all. We enjoyed all the wine served and I especially love the reserved 2021 Cabernet. This is a wonderful winery to visit if you want a great tour and fabulous wine.

First, this place is out of the way. Up in the mountains, so you will have a drive to get there. The roads are marginal. But the facility is first-rate. Not a barn, but like a beautiful resort area. And the views are great. Tours and tastings are amazing. They show you everything and explain everything in detail. The knowledge and experience are top-notch. It is like a fun world for wine. It is so satisfying to see great customer service in Napa, where you expect it but do not always get it. Their wines are a bit on the pricey side, based on Napa averages, but the wines are good. And their unique feature? They are on the county line. Napa and Sonoma. You can be in both counties at the same time.

This stop was a recommendation from a friend. It was absolutely worth it. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jay our host. He got our group together. Called everyone by first name. He made the experience fun and personal even though there were 3 different couples in our group. Of the many tours, this one did very few tastings just standing or sitting at the bar/table which was great in my opinion. Jay shared a lot of energy and passion with our group making it a memorable experience for sure. Even taking pictures for us along the way. I'd definitely return on my next visit.

At 2200 ft it was a bit scary going up into the foggy mountain. We were actually in the clouds. Two lane windy road I was just thrilled to make it to the top of Pride Mountain safely. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Their specialty was Merlot. I felt it was a bit overpriced though. Another interesting point about this vineyard was it straddles Sonoma & Napa counties. They keep their wine in a 23,000 square feet cave. Krista, our guide did an awesome job showing us around the cave. I would recommend checking it out but it would be best on a dry day.

Loved our cave tour at Pride Mountain Vineyards! Our group of 9 started the tour with a taste in their tasting room before proceeding through their facility. We enjoyed hearing about their family owned property that straddles both Napa and Sonoma County. We walked through the caves where we enjoyed a few more tastings including a not quite finished version of their cab poured from a barrel. It was a unique experience to then be able to compare it to a finished bottle! They have a really moody speakeasy like tasting room for a leveled up experience that you can book. It would definitely be worth another trip back. The road up to Pride Mountain is a windy one, but well worth the journey!

We were finally able to get reservations here and it was well worth the trip. The winery is located at a higher elevation than most other wineries in the area. It is also located on the border of Napa and Sonoma counties which makes it unique as well. If you like reds, this is the place. We met up with our server/ tour guide who poured us a glass of wine and we commenced on a tour of the property which included the winery cave. There were multiple stations inside where we stopped for each wine offered. The tour was great and very informative. We finished our tour in a private tasting room and the wines are incredible. Our server was hilarious with her contagious enthusiasm. This is a must stop in Napa but make sure to get advanced reservations.

We really enjoyed the smoked chicken wings with Alabama sauce. The smokiness of the chicken was so good paired with the tangy sauce. Hubby enjoyed his pork chop. It was a huge cut but he always orders pork chop and never complains unless it's over cooked. I wasn't that hungry and ordered a regular garden salad and was convinced to add an avocado which was ripe but didn't add anything to the salad. I did like the sunflower seeds in the salad. There wasn't anything else on the entree menu that appealed to me. Maybe it would've been better to order a couple of appetizers as my meal. I could have consumed the entire plate if chicken wings by myself. Bathrooms are in the rear, in a separate small building. My biggest disappointment was the cheddar biscuits. It was chewy-like, dense and arrived lukewarm. Likely reheated and the dough was probably overworked. There was no cheddar inside the biscuit but coated on the outside. It came with a few biscuits but after eating one, I couldn't eat anymore because of the texture and chewiness. The honey butter (couldn't taste any honey) didn't help either. I make and try out different cheddar biscuit recipes at home and this would be a recipe I'd toss out.

I am a white wine connoisseur because of my dietary restrictions with most ingredients in red wines, especially cherries and plum, that trigger my stomach pain and headaches. I have missed enjoying red wine because of this. I was hoping and praying that when my friends who are members of PEJU planned this wine tasting treat, that my stomach and head would be fine and to my surprise, my palate, tongue, stomach and heart were pleased with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Fifty/Fifty, and more, including reserve reds Todd served and educated us about! I have NEVER enjoyed red wines like these I tasted at PEJU. Since the time of our outstanding wine tasting experience, I have recommended and raved about Todd and PEJU winery to friends and family who appreciate and value high quality wines and winery experiences. It felt like a vacation getaway being in the tasting room building, admiring the breathtaking stained glass art, all of the art inside and the beautiful art and nature views outside. I appreciate the PEJU staff and management team who welcomed us and were kind to us all the way to the end of our wine tasting experience when we left. This is the kind of treatment that makes us want to return. Napa is a special place for friends, family, and me, and PEJU is now an indelible memory in my Napa adventures! Todd clearly enjoys his important professional position, is passionate about wine and the wine experience, and brings so much joy to customers! I can't recommend him and PEJU enough! Todd went above and beyond to give us a VIP experience and even gave me a bag full of wine corks for my art project after I told him about this and asked for some of their wine corks we saw lined up in their wine uncorking and pouring area. The grounds are gorgeous inside and out, and I really enjoyed the stained glass, large open windows, and the statues and the koi pond area outside. The service was extraordinary, and I had a great time learning a bit about the different wines PEJU offers from Joseph. I tried quite a few different wines, and really liked how there are a few unique offerings here that you can't find elsewhere - I ended up getting a bottle of their Province, the Farm, and their late harvest orange muscat. PEJU is also one of the few wineries with a permit to serve food. If I had known ahead of time, I would've planned to eat here! The rilettes were super tempting, but Joseph advised that if I was planning to eat a meal afterward to stick to the chips and dip - this ended up being quite a generous portion as well, and I really enjoyed the goat cheese truffle dip alongside the wine tasting :) Overall, PEJU is definitely a beautiful winery to visit with excellent service, and I'll definitely be back!
