Pride Mtn has been a staple for us for years. Never a disappointment when we visit. The staff, especially Jay, are incredibly friendly, the property is spectacular and their wines are superb. The cave tour is amazing and it's always fun to get to taste a hidden gem from one of the unreleased vintages! The beauty that surrounds the property is indescribable and all I can say is go visit! You do need reservations...and the road up is windy so plan accordingly.

Annie made our experience so wonderful! Beautiful grounds. Great wine! It was also a huge plus that they allowed children, Thank You!!

Pride is an absolute gem and is located in both Sonoma & Napa County lines. The property is absolutely beautiful! It is a bit of a drive to get there whether coming from St. Helena or Santa Rosa but it's well worth it! I recently enjoyed the reserve experience at Pride Mountain, which includes a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and library wines. The length of time is 90 minutes on the dot. During this tasting, we were immediately greeted by our host Brittney in the tasting room with a splash of Viognier. We then proceeded to learn some history about Pride Mountain. We then headed into the cave to walk around and learn more about the wine and winery. In the cave, we tasted a Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon. We then sat on the patio and enjoyed the rest of our tasting with some nibbles of cheese and nuts. I enjoyed both the Viognier and Merlot as the standouts. The Cabernets were wonderful as well! Brittney was very knowledgeable and provided a fun and educational experience throughout our visit. You could tell she is passionate about the wines and wine industry. I highly recommend visiting Pride Mountain and had a wonderful experience!

Super great wines and tour experience! Lovely vibes going into the tunnels with options to taste inside or outside. We loved the reds they poured for us with a surprising white. Arrive was friendly and knowledgeable. Gorgeous views from the top!!!

Had a great tasting experience with Jay this morning. The winery sits on beautiful ground with lots of history. Jay was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. I learnt so much from him. Even the rain didn't tarnish the experience at all. We enjoyed all the wine served and I especially love the reserved 2021 Cabernet. This is a wonderful winery to visit if you want a great tour and fabulous wine.

First, this place is out of the way. Up in the mountains, so you will have a drive to get there. The roads are marginal. But the facility is first-rate. Not a barn, but like a beautiful resort area. And the views are great. Tours and tastings are amazing. They show you everything and explain everything in detail. The knowledge and experience are top-notch. It is like a fun world for wine. It is so satisfying to see great customer service in Napa, where you expect it but do not always get it. Their wines are a bit on the pricey side, based on Napa averages, but the wines are good. And their unique feature? They are on the county line. Napa and Sonoma. You can be in both counties at the same time.

Had an amazing tour and tasting today with Mark, we will definitely be going back, also now members

This stop was a recommendation from a friend. It was absolutely worth it. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jay our host. He got our group together. Called everyone by first name. He made the experience fun and personal even though there were 3 different couples in our group. Of the many tours, this one did very few tastings just standing or sitting at the bar/table which was great in my opinion. Jay shared a lot of energy and passion with our group making it a memorable experience for sure. Even taking pictures for us along the way. I'd definitely return on my next visit.

At 2200 ft it was a bit scary going up into the foggy mountain. We were actually in the clouds. Two lane windy road I was just thrilled to make it to the top of Pride Mountain safely. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Their specialty was Merlot. I felt it was a bit overpriced though. Another interesting point about this vineyard was it straddles Sonoma & Napa counties. They keep their wine in a 23,000 square feet cave. Krista, our guide did an awesome job showing us around the cave. I would recommend checking it out but it would be best on a dry day.

Loved our cave tour at Pride Mountain Vineyards! Our group of 9 started the tour with a taste in their tasting room before proceeding through their facility. We enjoyed hearing about their family owned property that straddles both Napa and Sonoma County. We walked through the caves where we enjoyed a few more tastings including a not quite finished version of their cab poured from a barrel. It was a unique experience to then be able to compare it to a finished bottle! They have a really moody speakeasy like tasting room for a leveled up experience that you can book. It would definitely be worth another trip back. The road up to Pride Mountain is a windy one, but well worth the journey!

For 25+years, we have an annual staple visit to Napa & Sonoma, coming in from the east coast. The top of our winery list is always Pride Mountain Vineyards. Not only is the property beautiful sitting atop of Spring Mtn., but overall, the winery as a whole hits the perfect sweet spot of super high quality yet maintains a friendly & unpretentious charm. First & foremost, the wines are amazing and a great value. However, what further sets Pride apart is the employee team we've met over the years who consistently exude a warm & welcoming demeanor. Over the years, Pride team members consistently relay that it's wonderful to be part of this family run business, ...which is increasingly less common in the region. Today, we had Krista as a host and she was hands down THE BEST for her knowledge, energy, and incredible sense of humor. We brought our 21 year old daughter on this trip (1st time!) and she proclaims Pride is her absolute fav winery we've visited, and we gleefully agree!!

We were finally able to get reservations here and it was well worth the trip. The winery is located at a higher elevation than most other wineries in the area. It is also located on the border of Napa and Sonoma counties which makes it unique as well. If you like reds, this is the place. We met up with our server/ tour guide who poured us a glass of wine and we commenced on a tour of the property which included the winery cave. There were multiple stations inside where we stopped for each wine offered. The tour was great and very informative. We finished our tour in a private tasting room and the wines are incredible. Our server was hilarious with her contagious enthusiasm. This is a must stop in Napa but make sure to get advanced reservations.

The wine was some of the best I've ever had. That was matched by the beauty of the mountain vineyard. The wine caves are a really fun place to tour. We were provided with a great tasting paired with delicious cheeses. Unlike most vineyards they are smart and comp tasting if you buy some wine. Our host Kristi was so much fun and knowledgeable.

While working in St. Helena, I could never find an opening in a reservation, so here was a great opportunity now that all of us are retired. Our friends live in Clear Lake while we live in Vallejo, so this is a central place to meet. It was the best decision I made because every year for the past several anniversaries, we've gone to Cache Creek to C2. Their food and service is excellent because my husband enjoys poker, but I thought a change of scenery would be nice. And it was! Firstly, it was very kind of the staff to present us with a greeting card signed by everyone -- how sweet and thoughtful! We will cherish that! Secondly, we were very impressed with how the food/wine was locally sourced. It was incredible to hear the story about Custom, the Bull, and taste the difference between the Highland beef compared to Angus. Our waitress was "Erica S." She was engaging, personable, and very informative. My husband and I would definitely like to return to return to experience the dinner menu! We and our guests had the following dishes: Artichoke appetizer Arbororio Biscuits & Gravy Two Cheeseburgers Three Bloody Mary's Farmstead Margarita When they found out it was our anniversary celebration, the house sent over four glasses of complimentary champagne and a dish of dessert -- again, very sweet and kind of them I now understand why so many crowds flock to this restaurant! It's well worth the wait! If you have not experienced a meal there, you must definitely go now!

From the beginning, there seemed to be constant miscommunication between staff. We specifically booked an outdoor reservation and were seated inside instead. While mistakes happen, it set the tone for the rest of the evening. The bigger issue involved the wine and corkage fee. We purchased a bottle directly from the market associated with the restaurant and were told by the employee there that the corkage fee would be waived if we bought their wine. When we sat down, our server Sara told us that was not true and that we would still have to pay the fee. I explained what we had been told, and when she asked if I wanted a manager involved, I said yes. Before the manager even arrived or clarified the situation, the server opened our bottle of wine. In the silence and confusion, I reasonably assumed the fee issue had been resolved. Then the manager came over and told us we would still be charged and implied that nobody at the market would have told us otherwise. The way it was handled made my husband and I feel like we were being accused of making the whole thing up, which was especially upsetting on Mother's Day. At that point, the bottle was already opened, so we were essentially stuck paying the fee regardless. Between being seated incorrectly, the poor communication between employees, and how dismissive the situation felt, the service completely overshadowed what should have been a special meal. The rest of the service we felt ignored and there was minimal effort to accommodate. Great food alone is not enough to justify returning when the hospitality experience feels this frustrating and unprofessional.

I came across the Legacy Cave Tour, which is adults-only and offers a lower fee for non-drinkers, which I thought was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the online booking didn't work for me, so I had to call to make the reservation. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk gave me a bit of a weird vibe. After looking up our reservation, she said, "Oh, indeed you do have a reservation." It just felt like an odd response, like... why wouldn't we? is it because we're brown? We arrived a little early, so we spent some time browsing the gift shop upstairs. That's where we met our guide, Will, who was lovely, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I mentioned it was my husband's birthday, and he asked if we'd been given a birthday sticker. Apparently they offer special occasion stickers at the front, which the check-in woman never mentioned, but Will made sure we got one, which was a nice touch. The tour itself was a small group, which I really liked. We went into the cave, and for those drinking, the tour included 3 wines. It was interesting learning about the history of Beringer Vineyards, and again, Will did a great job explaining everything. One thing I do wish they offered: for non-drinkers, it would be nice to have something like grape juice or a non-alcoholic option during the tour. There were a few of us in that situation, and it felt a little odd not having anything to sip on. After the tour, we walked the grounds, which was really nice. It's free to explore the property and browse the gift shop, which makes it a pleasant stop even beyond the tour itself.
