I should have switched sooner. Lawn is so green. No patches or weeds. They also do a great job with the blowing weed whacking. Very happy. My wife and I were taking today how great the lawn looks. They did not show up on the scheduled day as agreed but nevertheless the yard was the cleanest I've ever seen it given the other landscaping companies I've used over the years. The second, larger job was to install drainage pipes to address an ongoing water and flooding issues. After a total of three visits, I received an explanation of exactly what would be done and the cost (which was higher than verbally stated on one of the previous visits). For the amount of work that had to be done, I believed the price was fair. I asked for a written estimate which I still have not received either with the original quote or amended amount. Having been a homeowner for 30+ years I am aware of all the various terms and how vendors like to be paid. After agreeing to the price and a start date - no one from the company came on that date or called to reschedule. I will now look for a more reliable, communicative company with which to do business. I have always tried to give independent vendors my business as they generally do a better job that larger companies...but I'm done with CTM.

More than pleased with the services provided, I continued to utilize their snow plowing services this winter, and once again was not disappointed. During the worst snow storm that we had this past season, they plowed the driveway, cleared the walkway, and made sure that our vehicles could make it out of the driveway, before they left, assuring me that they would be back again to ensure that we would be able to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, they kept their promise. To this day, Adam, Dennis and their crew continue to provide a level of commitment and satisfaction that I have not encountered in some time. Prior to the spring season, I once again met with Adam who presented me with a detailed Maintenance Agreement which began in March and end in December with Fall Cleanup. The Agreement is a detailed "Menu" of services which not only identifies each specific service, but the months during which the service(s) would be performed and the pricing for each service. The services offered were: Spring cleanup/power dethatching/weed control/shrub fertilization/monthly ground maintenance/pruning/lawn aeration, over seeding/fall service cleanup (leaves & removal). The nice thing is that you do not need to contract for all services, but can pick and choose from the wide range of services they offer. This is great, as you can then budget for the services that you need and can afford. In addition, they can provide a myriad of other services; all you have to do is ask. And that's another great thing about Adam and Dennis, you can ask questions; and they will answer you, and if they do not have the answer right away, they will get back to you. Also, I had concerns as the property has septic cleanouts, which can and had been damaged in the past, by our previous yard service (though they did fix them right away). Adam assured me that they would make note of these and so far so good. Adam and Dennis continue to be two of the most professional, respectful, honest, industrious, reliable, hardworking individuals that I have met, and now have the pleasure to get to know. I look forward to working with them for some time to come.

Unfortunately, after only a few days of work, the project was left unfinished. My backyard was left damaged, and despite my repeated attempts to contact Anthony, I have not been able to resolve the situation or get my deposit back. I have the contract, proof of payment, photos of the work and damage, and our communications documenting what happened. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I regret choosing this company and strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to carefully check the contract, payment terms, references, and make sure everything is documented before making a large deposit. I am currently taking steps to resolve this matter and recover the $5,000 I paid.

One week later and after tremendous aggravation, the work finally finished. Id grade the work a B. I paid in full in good faith because Marco promised he would come back and fix up some areas. Shame on me because he never intended to come back after repeated texts from him saying he would. In fact, he stopped responding to my texts. Unfortunately, some lies were told and I have since terminated my relationship with Carbillano and asked them not to come back to my property. Thank goodness its only money, and clearly doing an 80% job is what Carbillano knows best from my personal experience. I'm certain Carbillano will respond with lies, smooth talk and twist the story around for what really happened. I already have an email making me out to be the bad guy lol. If you have any doubts that Im telling the truth, please reach out to me as I have texts, emails, pictures of the shoddy work and my wife is also happy to share the lies we were told.
