One of their cleaners was very overzealous in treating the shirt and caused damage that is not fixable. My issue is that the shirt was damaged when there was no reason to treat it. The reason for the one star review is the nonsense excuses by the manager when I brought this to their attention. Bonnie, The manager, claim the shirt was not treated, even though the shirt had a tag that says special attention. Her response was that they don't treat all 10,000 shirts they receive each day, which is fairly obvious and not relevant to this issue. She then claimed the shirt was six years old, but if you look at the records it had only been cleaned a handful of times over the last couple of years. The shirt was only worn for special occasions and not worn often. There is virtually no wear on the rest of the shirt. Complaint what the BBB is being filed as well. We will let a neutral party decide. I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. The aggravating circumstance is the nonsense response received from this company. It's frankly ridiculous. I don't want anything for free, but an apology would've gone pretty far. Cockamamie snarky answers are what I received. It's unfortunate as I have been a long time customer, but no more.
