Update: Where do I…read morestart?! Well, today my husband wanted to order some food from Big T Bar-B-Q. Once we got there, it was a little crowded, so I went ahead and let him order the food instead while I sat and waited. I have to say the experience was awful! The lady who took his order was in a bad mood and everyone noticed it. When my husband asked a question pertaining to one of the meals, she rolled her eyes as she answered with an attitude. When he began ordering, she kept saying I can't hear you! He was speaking loudly where everyone in line heard him. She basically walked off in the middle of him ordering while rolling her eyes. The crazy thing was she stated she couldn't hear him but wrote down his order and yelled it to the back. This was a terrible level of customer service! Nothing friendly or polite as the last visit.  The food was ok, but based on the customer service he exhibited, I doubt we will order from them again. We ordered a shrimp basket, a 2 pc flounder fillet basket and macaroni. My husband works in the culinary field and he stated what he exhibited today was down right rude and unprofessional.

Paid right away, I think it's around $15 which includes all you can eat, dessert and drink. Cashier automatically gave me a senior discount. Excellent pulled pork BBQ, in 3 or 4 different styles/ flavors. My favorite was the smoked whole hog where you pull off what you want. Everything was fresh and delicious. Top of the line all you can eat BBQ for South Carolina and I can't think of any BBQ that beats the price. Plenty of seating and it was not too loud. We were able to carry on great conversation. Highly recommend. Sign out front said they have been serving BBQ for over 60 years.

They had a lot of meats from a couple different kind of pulled pork, to fried chicken, fried cat fish, ribs and brisket. The bbq didn't really blow me away. The sides i love their potato salad was wonderful and probably the best thing is they're hush puppies. Crispy and kind of sweet. If you like hush puppies you'll love it. Overall not a bad spot. I would eat here once a month or more if i live close. The food is not gonna blow you away but non the less it's a great deal for what you get. They use a dry rub on the wings that made them very unique. Many people rave about the brisket and it's very good but I think the pulled pork is even better! I tried several and I was very impressed! Cheers!

Old lady serving the food also feels friendly and kind. I have been here a few times and always left very satisfied. My favorite so far has been the seafood soondubu, which is full of umami. The tofu is smooth, while there are plenty of seafood to make it tasty. This version is almost as good as any soondubu we have in NYC, maybe except BCD. Other things I would get again here includes their grilled galbi, kimchi pancake, and galbitang. I should also mention that the restaurant provides eight different banchan and they were all quite yummy. Since I can't find any good Chinese food here in Lexington/Columbus area, I will have to seek out my Asian fix from other places. This Korean restaurant may be one of my best options.
