Everything is fresh picked each morning and if vegetables can be beautiful... these are! The produce area is small but quaint. The makeshift stand is the perfect little gem at the end of the long gravel drive. The items that are available, season dependent, includes Corn, Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions, Spaghetti Squash, Butternut Squash, carrots, Eggplant, Potatoes and they also have Farm fresh eggs on occasion as well as their own honey!!! Later in the summer, fresh gladiolus are available for sale. What a treat. It's my Friday "present to me" when those flowers are in season. They are gorgeous!l and like everything else here, they seem to last longer than what I'd buy at the local grocer. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality is simply unmatched! If you want it any fresher, you'll have to pick it and eat it in the garden!! We have purchased so many things here then in a moment of convenience (already at the grocery store) we pick up a like item at the local grocery store and it's always met with terrible disappointment. We called Tom at Signature to replace a path from our gate to our patio. Initially we had stepping…read morestones, but they shifted and were uncomfortable to walk on. Tom went with us to pick out the stone, then built us a beautiful pathway, expertly designed and installed with care. The design required a lot of the stones to be cut, but even with the large number of cuts required, the path was installed in about 3 days. His team really worked hard to ensure the design came to life. We also had Signature install sod in the back yard (which our dog had destroyed). The guys cut out the old sod, created the perfectly graded base and fertilized for success. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Tom is patient and willing to adapt to the customer's needs and landscaping conditions in the yard. Highly recommended.

Crazy right. I'll preface this by saying I had a small landscape job (it's a city yard, whadd'ya want??!). A job that I had two landscape architects come by and look at, then completely ghost me. They seemed to think it already looked spectacular even though I kept saying I wanted it completely re-done. Poynter seemed like a pretty large firm but their website said they did small projects so it was worth a try. Sure enough, the phone was answered and he gave me the time of day. I never felt like my job was too small (it was a $5500 job). Every time they came by, it felt like it was important. The plans were thorough, the communication was pretty good. I kept three main trees and a few milkweed plants but everything else was changed out. Part of the job was rebuilding rocks on a water feature. They did a great job making it look so much better. The few things I pointed out that needed fixing at the end, they fixed without an issue. The two laborers were very thorough in their work and very nice. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them for small jobs that other companies may shrug off. Not only did they show up but it looks fantastic!

So disappointed in the follow-up for my landscape projects. The nursery stock, when delivered, was…read morebeautiful. The paver patio was installed perfectly, but the follow-up stunk! I had materials replaced in my front and rear yards. In the back they installed 3 tall yews. After a few days 2 of the 3 started leaning. I notified my project manager and salesperson and they asked me to send photos. Also a small plant in the back started coming out of the ground which made me inspect and realize the holes really weren't prepared correctly. Just dug to accomodate the new plant and filled around the sides. That's not how I was told to do it properly years ago. A river rock area in the back was also not contained to the area it was designed to cover and the rock had slid into the yard and adjacent mulch. I notified them on April 12 and finally someone came April 30th. By then there were dead limbs on the yews that they staked. They did not replant the other small plant. And as to the rock issues, "There is nothing on the drawing about any kind of edge getting put in. Even a shovel edge. It is laid according to the drawing you signed." REALLY??? I depended on them to adequetly design the project and paid well for it. On May 1 I send a letter to Adam the owner and no response. As much as I hate to say it, I would avoid this company.

Ask Dee G. who called who first. Secondly, why didn't you submit the photos to your insurance company? They were sent to you by us. You had them, why didn't you submit them? After all it is your claim. Thirdly, the rental contract states that you agree to be financially responsible for any and all damages. This is clearly breach of contract. Finally, your insurance representative stated that they will not issue our company a check for damages because you told them we kept your deposit, which the deposit was not enough to cover the damages. They only issue a check to you, therefore, it seems as if you are collecting and not paying for the damages caused by your employee. Wouldn't it be better business practice to make it right with a supplier than have this on your reputaion? This company rented equipment for a job they had at a local Wal Mart in Findlay, Ohio. They damaged the equipment and are refusing to pay the remaining balance of $680.35. Just a warning to other equipment rentals across the states.
