Jonathan coordinates the crew like a choreographer, and it may take a day or two to get a response because they are SO busy but I've never been left high and dry. They've even pulled through in emergencies for me (last minute oil change before a long trip when I forgot to call ahead, bolt in my tire repaired on the spot, special ordering air filters and removing dead mice , etc). The guys in the shop are great; thorough, fast (I usually wait for my oil changes and plan An hour but am usually out in 30 min) and give advice on what will be needed soon so I can plan for that. I had to consider this review hard because they're already so busy and I still want to be able to schedule my car! But they are the BEST, hands down. Thanks!

First off, I should apologize for not writing a review a month ago. As someone who does most of his…read moreown work on vehicles, I know what to expect as far as the time to do a job and cost for that job, Loui's far exceed my expected time to get the job done and came in right snack in the middle of what I thought it would cost. I can't recommend them enough. I dropped my car off on my 9 o'clock break and picked it up at noon the day after I pulled in for an estimate. Now keep in mind that won't always be possible but I feel very confident in saying that they will get you in and out with quality work, as soon as possible. If you live in Southern Maine or if you are here on vacation and find yourself in need of repairs I would tell you to go see them and at least get a price. When I pulled in to get an estimate I expected to make an appointment and come back so they could put it on the lift. But nope, guy got down on the ground gave me two options for repairs and straight up told me that I could get away with the cheaper option but that sooner or later.. Like I said I usually do my own work so I already knew the sooner or later part and went with the full repair. Was having starting problems so tried making appt via chat, but had problems logging into app so called and was told it was the hybrid battery. Well, that's a far bigger issue than replacing battery. I assumed they got that from the app, which has vehicle condition, so I got up at 5:30 to make it to 7:30 appt... 2 1/2 hrs later, I'm told it's the vehicle battery. Great, something so could go to Napa & buy. I went in because I was told It's hybrid battery -- NOT!!!. And despite being told via txt they could take care of app login problems, at service, they tell me they can't. A real waste of my time. I feel like this place has a bunch of liars.
