Dr. Cain's chiropractic therapy has been a very important component in treating my neck pain I…read moreexperienced last summer. I began seeing him after having sudden neck pain on my left side. I had never been to a chiropractor before and tried one other place before coming to Dr. Cain. I had two VERY different experiences. The first doctor did very little to assess my situation, he just took one look at me and told me that I had scoliosis, never questioned my lifestyle, whether I was active or what I did for work etc, then he bullied me into taking x-rays and then threw me into a whirl wind of treatments (adjustments, massage rollers, electric pads etc). After that he told me I needed to see him for 40 treatments, plus $3500 up front to cure my neck pain because he felt I had sustained a traumatic accident when I was younger and the symptoms were just now appearing! After seeing the first chiropractor I realized I needed someone to ask questions and actually feel what was going on. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Cain through Groupon or LivingSocial. I brought my x-rays to him, the first thing he said was that I did not have scoliosis and most importantly he actually examined my neck, shoulders and spine. He took the time at the first appointment to make the proper assessments and formulate a treatment plan. After my pain healed he suggested that I taper off with longer durations between appointments or come back to see him as needed. He inquired about my health habits and work habits. His recommendations were right on target with what my MD also recommended. After 4 months of a combination of yoga, massage therapy and Dr. Cain's excellent chiropractic work I was cured of that horrible neck pain. I continue to see Dr. Cain for maintenance and prevention of injuries from work as a dental hygienist, snowboarding and yoga. But I'm only seeing him every 3 months now. I think he's very reasonably priced and he knows his stuff. He's very caring, personable and truly wants to help people get back to a healthy active lifestyle.

Wow wow wow!! Dr…read more Cain is a wonderful generous person with great positive energy. I've seen other chiropractors in the past, but Dr. Cain is by far my favorite. If you've never been to a chiropractor, it can be intimidating. Dr. Cain understands this. Not only does he put you at ease, but he doesn't force anything that's uncomfortable (this is especially nice when it comes to adjustments). Evaluation and treatment were quick but not rushed and very competent. He did a comprehensive treatment that not only addressed my specific complaints, but aligned the rest of me as a preventative measure. Dr. Cain's rates are so reasonable and worth it, so if my neck is stiff I don't hesitate to make an appointment. He also has an extensive knowledge of diets, supplements and other health related things. Basically if your back feels like it could use some improvements, definitely go see Dr. Cain!!!

I was…read moredealing with the complex and often misunderstood symptoms of Lyme disease, along with candida and parasite infections. I felt like death--plagued by heart pain, intense headaches, joint pain, angry skin lesions, eye pain, brain fog, and even yellow and grey skin. It was a frightening and overwhelming time. Before finding Dr. Grieder, I saw every specialist I could through my general practitioner--cardiologists, neurologists, dermatologists, GI doctors, even an immunologist--but none could get to the bottom of what was going on. I felt dismissed and increasingly hopeless. Dr. Grieder offered a completely different experience. His integrative approach combines functional medicine, advanced testing, and whole-person care, allowing him to address root causes rather than just symptoms. He is on the forefront of medical developments and has a rare ability to hold both the big picture and the small details of illness--understanding the interplay between systems in the body in a way few practitioners do. What I especially value is his collaborative spirit--he truly listens, not only to my symptoms but also to my own ideas and intuition about how things are unfolding. That mutual respect and trust have been deeply empowering, helping me reconnect with my body's wisdom and my own role in the healing process. With his support, I began to emerge--step by step--from the fog of illness. I now have energy, clarity, a renewed sense of possibility in my life, and a deep understanding of my body's capabilities. I feel deeply grateful for Dr. Grieder's thoughtful, integrative, and compassionate care. His persistence and belief in healing have made all the difference.

I thought that chelation was the key, so I looked for naturopaths who did chelation. I chose Dr. Greider partly because he specialized in complex cases. Being Swiss, Dr. Greider has knowledge of treatment options used in Europe and not used here, for various reasons. So right away, he thought of a protocol that we could try. Sure enough, it worked! He also helped me get rid of the dull feeling in my forehead, and to think more clearly. This happened in May and June. This September, I was able to work on a farm, and wake up before dawn, without an alarm clock, and fall asleep at 9 or 10 pm. This was a dream come true for me. I would rather have experienced this than romantic love. Dr. Greider changed my life. I delayed in seeing Dr. Greider for a few years because he was more expensive than other naturopaths. After all, he has a team of awesome nurses and office staff working with him. But in the end, it was probably the best money I ever spent in my life. Nothing feels as good as being healthy.
