Mine came right out and his took a few more minutes. While we waited they gave us a sample of their new peach lemonade. Wow! I've never gotten that from a chain before. It was a nice surprise. We got his pretzel and were on our way a few minutes later. They apologized all along about the wait (which we were prepared for since they gave us the option to wait 5 minutes for fresh when we could h e taken the 1 already there) and then realized they gave us an extra pretzel!
