This was my 1st time ever getting any Botox injections and so I waited a full 2 weeks after my visit to Pretty Perfect You salon to give my review so that I could include a lot of info in the rating - not just about the quality of service I got on the day of the treatment, but also on quality of the actual physical results of the treatment I received. As far as the visit to the salon, I would highly recommend booking your appointments online via their website. I had MAJOR problems getting in touch with anyone in person when I would try calling on the phone to book my appointment. However, as soon as I went on to their website and booked an appointment, everything went super smooth. The booking of the appointment, the confirmation of the appointment on the day, payment for services etc. Bottom line: BOOK ONLINE at this place!!! Now, when I got to the salon, I was extremely impressed by how polite and welcoming the receptionist was and how she had all the paperwork for me to fill out ready etc. I did not wait at all, in fact I think I kept THEM waiting for me while I filled out some paperwork. Everything looked clean, super COVID-19 sanitized, staff wearing masks, etc. I am NOT joking when I say that I was in and out of this place in under 25 minutes from the moment I walked through the door to finishing with my treatment. I was in shock. Yes, you could totally set up lunch time appointments and go back to work on time. Venessia, the specialist who gave me my Botox injections, did a great job of first sitting down with me and explaining the procedure, going over with me where my main areas of concern were on my face, discussing the best places for injections of Botox, providing me with info about what to expect after receiving the injections etc. I only received 20 units of Botox, so I wasn't getting a whole bunch of work done. Regardless, I wanted to be informed about what was going on. What I will say is this: Venessia seemed to be a real professional at injecting the Botox. She was gentle and precise. I did not receive any bruising, swelling, or adverse side effects from getting Botox at this salon. I felt 100% safe and secure with my treatment. However, I did have to wait nearly 10 days for the FULL RESULTS of the Botox injections to show up on my face and for the deep lines/wrinkles where the injections were placed to gradually fade away or at least diminish greatly in appearance. Yes, I know that Botox does take several days to show results. But I won't lie, I was super impatient and everyday was checking in the mirror to see if my lines were reducing...but then, you know what? One day, on day 9, I woke up, went to the mirror and voila! I could see a major difference. The changes were gradual and they did take a few days to show up, but the most important thing is that changes did SHOW UP!!! Even more important, the person providing me with the Botox injections made sure that I was given the Botox in a safe, clean, and trusted environment and that product I received was safe yet effective. Sadly, this is not always the case in Miami when you go to salons for cosmetic services:( Anyway, I highly recommend to others to try out Pretty Perfect You. Let me start by saying, this is the first time I had any work done on my face. I was so scared and had no idea what to expect. When I arrived at Pretty Perfect You, my first interaction was with Natalie. She greeted me in the front, showed me before and after pictures and was so kind she put me at ease right away. Venessia also met me in the lobby and started chatting with me and assured me everything would be fine. When it was time to get the procedure done, Venessia gave me various options. She also gave me her opinion regarding what would work best for my face and problem areas. She took her time and was very honest about the results I should expect. I loved my experience at this facility. The provider is kind and polite. Personally, while in the waiting room I could hear some woman who is clearly cheap, complaining and begging for the product to be spread to multiple areas when the coupon clearly specifies the details. When you walk in the facility there is a QRS code for Botox or Dysport that is from the manufacturers that the facility signs you up for. Only places with real products can do this. There is a sign and staff that says don't forget two week follow up that come with a touch up if needed up to a certain amount. I read a review and was baffled. I've been coming for years and the policies are the same. If you care about your face, this is where you want to go. She will even show you the bottle. I only go to her. If I have questions, I ask her. The facility puts signs up on the walls educating people about the products and how many units are needed for certain areas. She even urges you to research the info to educate yourself. Definitely will keep coming back. read more

I had never had any procedure done and was a bit nervous and went for my first dysport appointment with Dr. N. Dr. N is amazing! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted and then gave me her honest opinion and suggestions. Her consultation was thorough. She explained the procedure and what I should expect. My dysport looked so amazing that I actually went back and got pdo threads as well. It was my first time doing fillers. I was extremely nervous especially that I found this place on Groupon. I've never really had good results from any of my Groupon treatments but I took a chance because it showed this place was the best. The first time I went was to fix the lines between my brows. It looks so good. I got brave and dicided to plump and reshape my lips on my next visit. The results were great but once the swelling went down I wanted a little more. First of all, WOW! I walked in and was immediately greeted and tended to. All I had to do was fill out a quick and simple form, took less than 5 minutes. After that, less than 2 minutes later I was directed into the room by kind staff. Doctor was in there very soon. I definitely recommend coming here, even on a lunch break.
