Save yourself the headache, and do not go to the shop! Whoever the lady is that does the nails, she sits right in front and has long nails, has the worst attitude I've ever encountered at a nail shop. She rushed on my nails, she did not cut my cuticles, and she did an overall very poor and low quality job! She got gel polish All over my skin, and then got an attitude when I told her to remove the residue. My fill cost a total of $50 and I am not happy. I went back to the shop to have her fix her sloppy job, and she attempted to tell me I had to pay more to fix the terrible fill that she did 30 mins ago. On top of that the atmosphere is very raggedy, you might as well go to a luxury shop because you will be paying same prices. Also, when I got my pedicure the tools were disgusting and the nail tech did not know what she was doing doing. I will be disputing this charge, and you would not be getting ANY money from me! I'm not sure if I came on an off day or what but they butchered a simple pedicure. I was house sitting for my brother and this place is near by so I decided to try it out because of all the great reviews. Worst mistake ever. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and a French tip then I changed my mind. I'm seated pretty quickly but the person doing my nails proceeded to aimlessly walk around the salon. I was a bit annoyed first because the chair was so close and I hand really long legs so I felt knees to chest. I mentioned this yet she continued to walk around. Second I was in a rush and it seemed everything was in slow motion. The worst part was the pedi. I agree to get the French tip on my toes well she cut my big toe nails and pretty much left nubs! My toes look so ugly so bad I decided to wear my vans to the Drake and Migos concert. Then she asks me if it's ok after she cut them off. I paid $30 to get my toenails ruined. I can't even look at my toes because I get so angry! Do not go here number one it's expensive number two don't risk getting your nails ruined. I came across this business while looking to get my eyebrows done. I usually get my eyebrows threaded but none were open at the time I needed the service. So the lady starts waxing my eyebrows and it seemed like she was in a hurry which it didn't make sense since they had just opened, then tells me I was losing hair and that caught me off guard I obviously know how my eyebrows are and would know myself if that was the case. I went to get dip powder acrylics and a pedicure on Wednesday late evening with my friend. We want about 30 minutes before they closed and they did amazing. THE NAIL TECH PUT HER HANDS ON ME!!! I came in to get one nail fixed. I expressed to the lady that the tip she applied to my nail was crooked, she ensured it would be fixed once acrylic was applied. After my nails were completely finished, the problem still was not resolved, so I expressed I wouldn't pay full price for the nail fix. She then grabbed my hand & proceeded to cut my nail off. It's obvious some of these reviews are fake. One of the worst experiences at a salon ever. It all started when the lady was buffing the shellac off my toes with the electric drill....ouch. Why not just soak them? VERY uncomfortable. my nails were done by a man and turned out absolutely terrible. I got a refill and asked for my nails to be cut down, not chopped off. It looks like I have nubs my nails are so short. Not to mention it took about 45 minutes to paint my nails, and they still come out sloppy, uneven, and my whole nail isn't even covered!! It looks like a kid painted my nails. My nails have never looked so bad. This mess took 3 hours! Unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon. Save your time and money. read more

I visited this nail spa right before the holidays, they were a little full, which I understand because it is the holidays, I walk in they ask what I needed I informed them I needed a pedicure, they asked me to sign in. There was a lady before me when I signed in she got called as soon as I sat down, I'm waiting about 25 mins before another lady walked in, she sat down and the nail lady again asked me what I needed I informed her again, she stated it would be 3 mins they were just getting me a chair ready so continued to wait. Not even 5 mins that the other lady was there she was called up, she did not have an appt and yet she was called up before me. I still wait and don't say anything, 15 mins passed and I'm still waiting I end up just leaving.
