My husband and I went and got our hairs cut there (not a typo, I said "hairs" because we got more…read morethan 1 cut on our heads) before their official Grand Opening by Rachael and she did a fantastic job! The inside of the salon is something that is just worth the trip going in and taking a look at. It is something that I have never seen in a salon before and I have been in some of those "Hollywood" type salons when I lived in Indianapolis. The people were more of the attraction rather than the salon itself. I wasn't sure if they had real life zombies working there, but I made sure that someone with a pulse gave me my manicure when it was my turn. Really strange place and I never went back. The Salon on the other hand, everyone has personality and they offer all sorts of beauty services. It's a "Full Service" salon. And I am so happy that we have one around here within walking distance now. It's about time for me to go and get my hair trimmed up again so I better make an appointment with Rachael within the next week. I would and have recommended this salon to all of my friends and family and perfect strangers. I suggest that if you are looking for a salon give them a call, I know that you can Google them to find their number. Have questions, call and they will be glad to help you. Hours? Not sure about that. They have different hours on the weekends I know that and I think that they are closed on Sundays.

The super sweet lady said to come back on Saturday morning, so i did. The last time i had a lip wax, the person who did it burned my skin very badly. (NOT at Traebin's!) I let the woman who was there know that, and showed her the picture. She knew exactly what had happened (because she is a professional), and promised that would never happen with her. She was (of course!) right! She did an absolutely wonderful job and i will always return to her! Thank you, Traebins, you are definitely one of Oregons treasures!!!!

It feels very "Kiki with the girls", very nail salon in legally blonde. Of course sometimes they will speak in their native language. And if you're insecure and paranoid thinking they're talking about you, they're probably not.. but if they are, then OH WELL sometimes people talk about you. Move on. I didn't get that vibe though. They included me in conversations about multiple topics throughout my appointment and it was fun. I have been going here for about 2 years and I'm sad to say that after yesterday I will not be…read moregoing back. I am still giving 3 stars because Tracia is wonderful and I recommend her if you do choose to go here. Yesterday I had an appointment with Tina at 1pm. I made this appointment 3 weeks prior at my last appointment with Tracia. Tracia was not available and I've heard wonderful things about Tina so I was okay with temporarily switching nail techs. I get there and they ask if it's okay that they move me to someone else due to overbooking Tina. I ask who and they say Becky, and I say absolutely not (I've had Becky on two other occasions and neither were pleasant). They say how about Kim and I decide to give her a try since I've never had her before. Kim was nice on approach but we did not speak during the service (which is fine, I don't need small talk). I get basic gel nails, one color, nothing fancy, and asked her to reshape my nails so they were all round. She maybe spent a total of 10 minutes on my nails. She barely filed them, they are all different lengths, and barely put any polish on my nails. There are dents, a few bubble holes, and the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle on a few of them. Her gel polish heat lamp thing that I had to put my hands in either had hair in it or a spider web, not really sure but either way it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It's not the worst nail job I've ever experienced, but not even close to how good Tracia normally does. I didn't complain and I still left a decent tip, but not as much as I normally would. Their scheduling is a mess and most of the nail techs aren't great, some even rude. There was a time when I showed up for a nail appt and Tracia was unexpectedly not able to be there, and they acted like "oh, well she's not here so.. you can go with Becky.." I make appointments with specific people for a reason. If for some reason that appointment is not going to be as It was made, maybe call me and let me know??
