I showed them a reference photo. I asked for a sheer nude gel polish, and gold star nail art. they rushed the shaping process which made my nails incredibly uneven, and chose an opaque bubble gum pink polish. when applying the polish, they were rushed and got polish all over my cuticles, and didn't clean it up before curing. at this moment, I was just trying to trust the process. then she grabbed a gold glittery polish, and tried drawing a giant star on my nail. it looked bad. she showed it to me and asked if I like it. I said, "maybe you guys have a gold star decal?" she nodded, but then came back with silver gemstones. at this point my nails were already nothing like the picture and I felt too awkward to say anything. in the end, I had sloppy pink nails with silver gemstones glued in un-aligned positions against my cuticle. then at the end, I was charged 65. I don't know why, when the full set was 45 and the nail art was 5, but I was charged 65. then, without asking if I would like to tip or not, they took a $28 tip. Had my toes done today! Melissa did a great job on my feet today! The massage was the perfect amount of pressure (she's very strong) and my toes look great. She was helpful with me choosing a color, and was very knowledgeable with her suggestions. If I lived in Bend, I'd definitely be her regular! COVID Practices are being used here to protect their customers as well. Everyone gets a brand new file and buffer and also get to take them home. Win win read more

I always get great service here. The employees aren't chatty (which I appreciate) but seriously about their craft. This establishment has also taken substantial safety measures for covid, including achieving special Covid certifications. Everyone who enters must wear a mask, sign a waiver and have their hands sprayed. Employees and customers wear mask and are separated by a plastic wall. Clients are seated 6ft apart. My wife and I went yesterday for pedicures and for my wife to get her toenails repainted. We called and the gentleman on the phone made it seems like 2 pedicures at 4pm was ZERO problem and to come on in. When we got there the place was jam packed and we had to wait, which we were perfectly ok with. But when 2 chairs opened up they started on my wife's deluxe pedicure $45 dollars and removing gel nails and reapplying new color $13 additional. The color was quickly put in and spread to her toes and doesn't even cover the entire nail on some of her toes. Her pedicure literally finished before mine even started and when I asked for the deluxe pedicure which we discussed over the phone they gave me a standard pedicure $35 dollars and after only clipping my toenails and briefly scrubbing the bottom of my food he applied lotion and the hot towel and immediately put my shoes on and told me he was done... after less than 15 minutes since I even sat down. This was after he joked that I wasn't a man and proclaimed I was a "Chicken Shit" for letting my wife have a turn driving back to California on our 8 hour drive in a room jam packed with customers. My wife and I were in and out within 40 minutes and keep in mind our pedicures didn't even run at the same time. -50/10 would NEVER return read more

The service depend on the person you get . I have given them four chances because their location and walk in service .Few people working are kind and careful with their service . Couple are filing aggressive and try to get done so fast filing hurts skin.. over priced for service . Very rude speaking to each other not in english. The guy clipped HIS OWN NAILS for who knows what reason in front of my friend before starting hers. Didn't change the towel, left gross clippings on the towel which she had to put her hands on. Well, I have sat on this review for a while and have to lay it out there. I've been there once before last fall. They asked us to come back in 15 minutes. We did and then proceeded to wait another 45 before they could get to our pedicure. We were there for hours. Friendly, so I returned. Aye crumba! What a mistake! Brought my daughter and her friend for mani/pedis. We called ahead and arrived with a wait. But, willing since it was last minute. Had our pedis and then over to get manicures. The girls wanted gel "extension" honestly, there are so many choices, it's pretty overwhelming. By the time, I sat down for my mani, I see they are putting acrylics on my 11yo daughter! Like, what?? She said she wanted gel, heard it several times but it's too late and we had to proceed. Then, her friend sitting next to me said gel and the guy put acrylics on her, too! What a fiasco! I had to call and apologize to her parents! Then, I go to pay and it's $290!! I had to ask for a price breakdown and come to find out they out gel on top of the acrylic! Another $20 per set! Plus coffin style, which she needed shorter nails, so they weren't really the style and they charged for the 3 butterflies on one nail per girl. But, they were supposed to match and they out the wrong color on my daughters nails! ‍ The nails were crooked, it was messy( white polish in their skin), and they cut the girls and they were bleeding! As a visitor to Bend area, I needed a dip manicure. I ended up with something I've never seen. My nails are thicker than I had wanted, I had many skin nicks. My attendant was a a younger man who was rough, unable to understand me and kept muttering under his breath. I asked repeatedly about what they were doing and all the women condescended to me about what I didn't understand about 'dip' manicures. I will tolerate these for a couple weeks but would never recommend or return next time I'm in town. read more

I got the basic pedicure for $30. I'm one who likes options and they only had two (regular or deluxe). I wasn't offered anything different than the regular so I just went with it. The deluxe was $40. The pedicure itself was very rushed since there were more people waiting. The girl cut and shaped my toenails, cleaned them, dealt with cuticles, and quickly scrubbed my feet--all within about 5 minutes. I really wish she put more effort into scrubbing callouses because I haven't been in for a long time. I also just had a baby so was looking forward to relaxing so was bummed it went so quick. She gave me a massage that was alright but short. I timed each leg (haha) and it was 1 minute 45 second rub/massage on each leg. But like I've been saying, short and below average. She went straight into painting my nails and only did one coat, topping it with clear at the end...that was that. The girl also awkwardly made me pay right when I sat down to have my toes dry and then looked at my tip while I was still there. Just awkward. The pedicure was literally 15 minutes. 100% not worth the money. Based on the service for the cost and element of relaxation I will not be back. I won't even recommend if you want a fast pedicure. I never leave reviews but because I think its important for people to know when you are spending your hard earned money. I went in for a deluxe pedicure. She dremelled my gel polush off which left my nails rough and bumpy. She did it in 20 minutes and it is literally the worst pedicure I have ever had. There was polish all over my cuticles and she put it on so thick it was all lumpy. My feet actually looked better when I got there then when I left. I came home and had to remove the polish and paint them myself. Complete waste of my money!!! read more

Less than impressed with pedicure I had in August. Lasted about 20 minutes, 5 or more of those minutes was soaking. I was literally paying and out the door at 20 minutes. It was basically a foot bath with nail painting. The guy seemed afraid of feet, a soft foot rub, nothing close to a massage. Not very friendly. I spent 2 hours in the salon, for nails that didn't last 2 weeks. They had bubbles on them, some nails had the gel paint on them. They were simple, medium length french tips for $80. The price is way to much for how bad the nails were. Even after being simple, the sizes and thickness of the nails and tips weren't even or straight. After 2 weeks had past, I barley tapped my desk and most of them snapped right off. DO NOT waste your money! read more

Did not read the reviews before going. Both my friend and I had multiple fingers where they cut the cuticles, one so bad/painful that it bled. They buffed my nails down so hard that my nails were paper thin. I was going to get gel but they were so painful that I just told them to leave them unpainted and put cuticle oil on. I was unfortunately extremely disappointed, I walked out with cut up cuticles they were literally bleeding while i was on the chair and the woman tried blaming it on my shoes but she really just clipped too much off, the paint on my acrylics also started peeling off the day after my full set and I was also left with glue/acrylic on my fingers. Recieved the worst shellac manicure I have ever had today! I was left with bleeding cuticles, foreign objects in my polish leaving bumps behind and more polish on my skin than on my nails. Over half of them are not fully polished and so much skin was removed from my fingers that they all sting! The lady who did them spent more time commenting on how ugly my nails were because I had a few chips and breaks from a camping trip. Beware! Well normally I try to be positive but in this experience I'm feeling completely completely unhappy. I had the gentlemen give me a mani pedi and first he cut my big toe by fileing my skin and then I told him to be careful because it hurt and what does he do he put nail polish remover on it!!! Then I repeatedly told him I did not want my nails short I grew them out for my sisters wedding so they would look nicer and he filed every single nail down except my thumb and succeeded in making all of my toes and finger look like stubs! THIS IS MY WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! On a side note I will say my sister had a woman doing her nails and her turned out gorgeous that is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. Disappointed with the recent pedicures my boyfriend and I received before vacation. My boyfriends feet were no better after he left, it's like they don't even look at your feet to assess. They just do the same automated process. My heels looked the same as they did this summer.
