    Mango & Banana Sunshine Bowl
    Cat C.

Got to the airport early so needed some food before boarding, so we went to Pret A Manger. Good selection of food for takeout. Decent amount of seating. Hoisin Duck Wrap was pretty good. My daughter loved the Mango Banana Sunshine Bowl. Hubby liked his salad bowl. Will definitely come back if we're ever in London again!

I thought Pret was very nice and really cute and had really quick service. There's a ton of grab and go food and drinks plus they have food you can order to be made. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was tasty and made quickly. Definitely stop here for some airport snacks and a latte if you need a pick me up.

Can't be mad at it, experience was very great. Very open spacing for the amount of people in the airport. Quick and very friendly customer service, everything was stocked, and the coffee wasn't bad. Recommend if you're looking for something quick!

I really enjoyed my Veggie Box! The flavor of the beets mixed with pomegranate seeds was so fresh and delicious. Also the sweet potato falafel was very good. The avocado was a little ripe but overall I enjoyed the box for lunch. I would definitely get this again!

Rating: 3.4/5 [take out]…read more There was a long line, but the wait was reasonable. Our drinks came out about five minutes after ordering which was faster than expected given how busy it was. Iced Pistachio Latte (£5.15) + Oat Milk (£0.45): This was the better of the two drinks. You could clearly taste both the espresso and the pistachio. My husband asked for it to be a bit sweeter, and they adjusted it without charging extra which I appreciated. Nero Baileys Iced Matcha (£5.20) + Oat Milk (£0.45): The receipt listed pouring cream which we did not ask for. The drink was overly creamy and had an unpleasant creamer aftertaste. We didn't enjoy this one at all.

The location is right in the center of Terminal 3, adjacent to an open seating/waiting area between shops and restaurants. Caffe Nero has its own seating section for customers with caffe tables configured for 2-4 guests. No seating inside the shop. The storefront has packaged fresh food like sandwiches, salads, a pastry display case with variety of pastries, then juices and waters in addition to their main offerings of coffee and tea drinks. Lines were steady and the store was bustling, though service was quick. It took about 5 minutes in line then to order, then another 5 minutes for drink to be ready. My pistachio iced latte £4.40 ($5.95) with soy milk was ok, the pistachio syrup was strong and a bit artificial tasting though my biggest issue was that it was waay sweet. I would've enjoyed it if it had half the amount of sugar. Maybe i'll just get a regular coffee if stop by again. Interestingly enough of the alt milks offered, soy milk was not extra though oatmilk and coconut milk was £0.50 more.

Recently when I was at Heathrow, I found it's outlet on terminal 4. It had great variety for vegetarian and vegan options in both cold and hot sections. I had their hot falafal sandwich and egg white omelet. They both were really good. The wrap of the sandwich was multigrain and the chipotle sauce enhanced it's taste. For dessert I, tried their chocolate mousse which I usually don't find in their other outlets. It was amazing! There were lot of seating areas out this store.

Which means ready to eat. Most of my colleagues pay this very shop a visit everytime we go through security. Just because of its convenience. It's right there, there's really good strong coffee and bread or sandwiches. I order a cup of americano,, which is strong black coffee and two plain croissants. Coffee was good and hot,, the croissants were flaky and delicately crunchy on the outside,, chewy and amazing on the inside. Probably my most favorite snack. Anyways,, the place is great,, nice and tidy. The cashiers are very friendly and nice. Plus the service is impeccable. Thank you so much for kicking butt Pret. I love you.

BUT it's the only affordable vegan option at Terminal 2 (yes, there is the lovely wondertree, but it's more expensive). The vegan options vary and they're still TOO FEW(how about some vegan bakery?), but I always find one soup, and wraps or filled flat bread here. Oh, and salads ofc. Didn't find the sweet potato flatbread this time, but it's my all time favourite. They also have fruits and often a chia pudding or similar vegan dessert. Their juices are made of unicorn tears and instant karma. The only real orange juice you'll ever find in an airport. Thank you, Eat! Service: All over good and impersonal, as expected at an airport with thousands of customers per minute. If the atmosphere were a bit less noisy, I'd never even think about the service. Last time, one from the staff was whistling on and off all the time, like a bird. It reaaaally drove me crazy. But I suppose he was mute, and that it was his way of saying the order is ready? Or that you just have to cope with airport life somehow.

While tables looked clear of dirty plates etc there was grime stuck in the seats such as food particles and lots of flies. Lots and lots of flies. In December. And the crowning achievement of filtiness was watching a staff member use a dirty sweeping brush to remove dirt from tables. Tables where children and elderly people eat from. There were approximately 6 staff standing around behind the counter and why a couple of them couldn't be directed to get some sanitiser and cleaning cloths out us beyond me.
