They start with a high morales and use virtue. I believe the moral of Bean group are higher than other people even other agencies. We could all seek to understand first then be understood. That is all people are doing at the Bean Group. The other people with bad reviews are from Tom Woster from Real Estate Estate 2000 and Karen Cudworth from Lakeside Realty. They have drug problems and sent people to buy from Bean Group and spread rumors and try to blacken the face of the Bean Group. There ideas are that of despicable people. Please take the Bean Group side. We can rationalize with you and work together for a better community with good loving neighbours.

    Bean Group Sales Agent Barry Warhola brought a client to see my home for sale, listed with another…read moreagent. Either his client or he backed into my granite mailbox post and sheared it off a couple of inches above the ground. He let my agent know and said the client did it, but did not offer his or his client's insurance information, nor his client's name. NH law requires a driver involved in an accident to provide this information immediately. There is no excuse for not having done so. I called the company who installed the post for an estimate for replacement; they took about two weeks to get back to me. When I got the estimate back, I sent it to my agent to share with Mr. Warhola, only to hear back from him that he had "taken care of it," and would not be paying for the post to be replaced. My agent went to the site and found he had had the post repaired, essentially glued together, without my knowledge or consent. When I let him know via my agent that this was unacceptable, his response was that I could bring a small claim against him. Mr. Warhola argues that he had a reputable company do the repair and that this repair is stronger than the original intact post. To be frank, this is not the point- the point is that he had absolutely no right to order work on my property without my consent. Regardless of his perception of the quality of the repair, there is still a visible break, that will no doubt collect dirt and let moisture in, and we all know even the strongest epoxy does not last over time in NH weather. This is not the repair I would have selected, and as a homeowner it is my right to choose how my property is repaired. If his response had been an apology, I might not be so angry right now. But to suggest that my only remedy is to take him to court is downright rude and offensive. AVOID BARRY WARHOLA AT ALL COSTS.

He was helpful in trying to match us to properties, scheduling showings, asking the right questions, and everything else. He has a strong knowledge of home repair which is very helpful, and takes the intimidation out of the whole process. Todd really went the extra mile for us after we found our new home. Prior to closing, he helped arrange estimates on completing the installation of a new roof. He offered to schedule the estimates, meet each roofer, and broker the deal/see it through its completion. Whenever we tell friends and family what he did, we would hear someone say "Your realtor did that for you?" It's telling that he wants his customers to be satisfied. Because we were relocating from California, we often needed to connect outside of typical hours, and they were always available and quick to respond. Just as importantly, they consistently followed through on everything they said they would do, which gave us a strong sense of trust throughout the process. Even though we were somewhat vague about our ideal location and budget, they quickly understood what we were looking for and helped guide us in the right direction. They maintained a steady but safe flow of people coming into our home as well as monitoring a social distancing line down the driveway - carefully ensuring Covid guidelines where being followed inside and out. They did all this and where still available to answer questions from potential buyers and other agents; I think she had at least 3 or 4 members of her team there! After the open house the calls and offers started coming through; it was all very exciting but crazy at the same time. Nina and Nicole kept their cool and took it all in stride, well that's what it looked like from our end anyway... They kept us up to date on the offers and the next evening they presented us a detailed spread sheet with all 33 offers which highlighted all the important details. They made it so easy for us! Every aspect of the sale from beginning to end was handled with complete care and professionalism. All questions or concerns were addressed promptly and we knew they were always right by our side. I just can't say enough about The Nina Fee team! Oh, I should mention we accepted a cash offer, zero contingencies and $92K over asking. Thank you!
