I absolutely loved my apartment there & never needed maintenance. The office seemed to be really sweet after a wellness check found me in a coma in the floor. I moved to Boca Raton after that ordeal and I'm finally moving back to the Boston area. I found a nice place owned by Corcoran. I got a big fat no. Even w/my mother on it. Still no. It's so messed up. Corcoran KNEW my fiancé punched a hole in our guest bathroom door & left me to pay the 2k a month. I'm disabled & on a limited income as you can't make too much on disability. They said they totally understood, never charged me a late fee etc. and I was never more than a week or 2 late. They KNOW the bad behavior was not me, it was my ex. So I guess I'm not welcome at any of their grudge. And ironically, I have to sue my ex. He owes me & my mum over $7,100 in rent plus a lot more. You'd think knowing that I could've gone to Parkside Commons in Chelsea. The apartment in The Heights was beautiful but look closer. The quality is funny. The door frames aren't straight, the cub boards are crappy. But it's a nice 2:2 split bedroom. You take a resident who got deposit from a church but punish me for my ex's actions. He even told The Heights he'd pay for a new door. I was a victim & they put lemon on my wounds so shame on you. You just lost $1,750 a month. You aren't the only game. And I'm 2.5 miles from Mass General! Adios & you broke my heart. I thought you really were kind but I was wrong. John at The Heights was so helpful to my elderly mum who flew up after I was life flighted to Mass General for a month so thanks John. The rest of you, stab be in the front, not back. read more
