This place is always clean. The property manager is always very responsive and helpful if you need something. There is some creepy dude, weird mustache and leathery skin, who follows you to have conversations and gets mad at you if you try to ignore him. Saw him yelling at people in the street on a few occasions. Water leaves red marks on everything. Tried to complain to management but they say they'll do something and then nothing happens. Also if your smoke detector needs a new battery good luck getting someone to come replace it, I'd do it myself if they weren't 16 feet above the floor. Also floors are cracked and the air conditioners leak once a month. I'll be glad to be gone soon. Don't trust the word Luxury apartments with this place.
