I scheduled an appointment with her but she wasn't available when I got there. As for the actual installation, it did not go great. The crew was unprofessional and left my house a mess. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. I wish I took my photos but here is one. It was a mix of sawdust, whatever this is in the picture, and broken glass. They were over an hour late for the estimate visit. I understand things happen, but a courtesy call to say you are running late is more professional as I had to make special arrangements for this meeting. I often had to follow up after weeks or even months of non response. There were no responses in the fall until was too cold so I was assured I'd be first on their list in the spring. Come April, I again found myself having to reach out to them as to when they were going to do the job. They seemed to lack communication or urgency to perform my job. When I did get a response I was told that May was still too cold and that we should push to June. Here we are in July and after numerous emails, phone calls and texts I am going to move on. So now I've missed 2 seasons that I could have had my house painted by someone else.
