The bright spot? The woman who answers the phone is a saint. Loved her. And the templating guy was good. If everyone else was as good as them I would love the place. Sadly the people who actually do the work are incompetent The biggest problems? The salesperson, and the team installing the granite. The sales woman Deanne doesn't get back in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with her but she wasn't available when I got there. As for the actual installation, it did not go great. The crew was unprofessional and left my house a mess. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. I wish I took my photos but here is one. It was a mix of sawdust, whatever this is in the picture, and broken glass. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. The price? Not bad. They are reasonably priced. Maybe you will get a better install team. It's a roll of the dice. However overall I'd say go with another company.

After using other movers in the past, i expected everything possible to be bungled, my furniture to be damaged, and to be overcharged. Blueline is not cheap like the other guys, but you totally get what you pay for. Every piece of furniture is carefully packed and transported, and even moved into your desired position. Moving sucks, but the guys Blueline has sent to help me out over the years have made it A LOT easier. Today they came with a gigantic truck, since I had space to park it, moved my stuff at an efficient pace, climbed three flights of stairs without complaints, and even took a large cabinet over to my sister's house for me when it didn't fit in my apartment. Highly recommended.

Both jobs involved a complete gut of the bathrooms and remodel of the kitchens so everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, woodwork and painting was done. The job included installing cabinets in the bath and kitchen along with tiling floors and walls. Granite countertop was installed. Floors were sanded and polyed. All new lighting fixtures and appliances. So everything from soup to nuts was done. Obviously, we were happy with the first experience so we called upon him again. Our second experience was equally as good...the place looks fantastic! We would absolutely call on him again for any future work.
