Been dealing with no hot water for on and off four months and yet the issue is still not resolved. Property management just puts a quick fix to hold the issue over until it happens again. We now are going in three days with cold showers and water. When reaching out to JRK you get out to a voicemail and never responded to. Then you call again and they don't answer your call. No response from corporate. Trash area here is always a mess and full. Snow removal is a Joke, doorways and hydrants blocked. Cars blocked in by snow plowing. I wish we had learned from first time we started applying to live here and how unprofessional and unresponsive the property manager company is and was. DO NOT LIVE HERE! STAY AWAY. Not luxury living by any means especially for the amount you pay here. Very upsetting. 8/23/2021 New property manager is great. Corporate still sucks. They still remain unresponsive and just want to charge more money for everything. Nothing sent us is ever right or in accordance with Massachusetts law. They have violated so many since our moving in it's scary. Pool was open three days this summer but yet we still are paying for it as an amenity in our monthly rent. DO NOT RENT HERE! Can not wait to move!

I know I might get ragged on for this review, but I'm going to say it anyway…read more For the price that you pay for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that barely has room for a couple to live together you'd think that they would pay a little more attention when you call for something to be fixed. The ceiling paint in our bathroom has been chipping since this past summer. I called and one of the maintenance guys showed up to check it out. He remarked "gee, that's bad" and then said how nice my couch was, how much had it cost, and where could he get one. Needless to say, the ceiling still hasn't been repaired. On a better note they have an exceptional recycling program here. It could just be that I'm used to Upstate New York's not being able to recycle as many things, but this has been by far the best experience I've had when needing to recycle things from my apartment. As for location, it's allows you to be pretty close to everything you could need. Shaw's is less than a 2 minute drive, the North Shore Mall is even closer than that, with Kappy's across it on Route 114. Their new laundry facilities and fitness center although clean overall, the machines in both areas are not kept very well. I understand that tenants can beat the crap out of things they didn't pay for, but there is also general maintenance that can be done on these items to maintain them for longer periods of time. Needless to say there has been more than one occasion where I've gone to put a load of laundry in the washing machine and decided to choose a different one because the container for bleach did not expel its contents into the previous wash that it was intended for.

Great administrative crew and maintenance. Been there about 6 Yrs now. Premises are always clean,…read moreif you have an issue you call the office and it is taken care of quickly.

HUGE MOUSE ISSUE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lost my family home in the LA fires in Jan and looked forward…read moreto my first chance of real rest and recovery at Bradlee by moving here after we got married this summer. My husband has been living here for 4 years. Before I moved in earlier this year he had the first sighting of droppings on top of a kitchen cabinet. He patched up the hole only to find huge gaps under the base boards in the kitchen where the construction just left it unfinished and he used steel mesh to fill them. This past week he saw a mouse scurry from the kitchen and when we came home that very night while pulling our bed comforter off we found a MOUSE IN OUR BED. We were beyond distressed. No droppings, no warnings, just a mouse in our bed... we spent the next few hours trying to catch it in our bedroom and eventually did but haven't been able to rest since. It was unnerving, distressing, and confusing. Our unit is a few doors down from the trash shoot and during the trash strike our floors trash shoot was broken and remained so for months. We didn't complain, just took our trash to the overflowing dumpsters outside. I'd literally just renewed our lease a few days prior and we decided for our peace of mind we can no longer live here. I'd also had an unfortunate fumes issue with what looks like white paint on the bathroom sink when trying to clean some jewelry with alcohol. MANAGEMENT- With only two months left on the lease, we inquired about the potential of transferring to a unit in better condition. Not without a fee. Then we inquired about breaking the lease since we're literally stressed living here and should not have to. Not without a penalty. While I appreciate them sending an exterminator, he didn't do anything we hadn't and my husband spent more money and time patching holes and laying traps then the exterminator did in the 10 min he was here. But according to them, after 4 years of paying Bradlee rent, there is no alternative to this issue except having him try again. At least 3 times to be exact. Meaning we'd need to actually endure another mouse or two before they'd consider us leaving, which again we had no intention of before this. The best thing about this place is the maintenance team, they're awesome! We pay so much money for our peace of mind here all to be lost and matters made worse by management not creating any alternative then to "wait for another sighting to address the lease". This has escalated so quickly and has been incredibly disappointing, beyond inconvenient for our insanely busy lives (taking calls while teaching classes and at work), costly and sad. Shame on you Bradlee Danvers.

The apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are well-maintained, which is definitely a plus…read more However, the recent transition to UDR management has brought about a number of frustrations. They've introduced a range of new fees that were never a concern before--things that used to be included in the rent. For example, there's now a mandatory monthly parking fee, even for unreserved spots. Residents who live here are actually getting towed if they park in the wrong place. There's also a locker fee for deliveries, which seems counterintuitive since some packages still end up being stolen despite paying for the service to keep them secure. And if you have guests who need to park past 8:00 pm, they are required to download an app and pay to park, which adds to the hassle. While the apartment itself remains a great place to live, these unexpected fees are making it harder to justify staying in what is already an expensive place. This will unfortunately be my last lease renewal unless the management revisits these added costs.

This was a huge mistake moving here, management team are very unprofessional and all but one…read moreactually response to your questions, but one cannot do it by themselves. Summer is almost here and they have already made it miserable. They are not up front about fees and these fees are not in your lease . They claim because of this statement when it comes to the pool rules and regulations posted in the pool area management policies gives them the right to charge a fee in cash. We have no idea where this cash is going and there should be more paying option, not sure about all of you, but who actually carries cash these days. Also, why hide the fact that there is a fee for the pool be upfront and have it listed in the lease to make it legal. We all pay a lot of money to live here and we here for the amenities and location What will they start charging for next? Part of the lease they tell you they want your apartment to look the same way when you leave that it was when you came. I don't think I could do that considering my apartment was filthy. Walls had marks on them bedroom blinds were broken. There was pee in the toilet had been there for a while because it was black cabinets had food in them. Refrigerator was disgusting.I just don't understand how this happened. Never mind the process was horrible. Nothing was ready. They lost information that was sent to them and the manager decide yell my personal information from her office instead of getting up coming out there was people in the I don't know about you, but I don't like my personal business out there for everybody to hear unprofessional Is an understatement. i am sure there will be payback from the office here but I think people should know . All I can hope for Is the best, I know a lot of people here feel the same and have had the same experience here since the office change there team .

They pretty much hired Cruella de Vil.....It has been the worst few months. 1st off it started with a mental women that tried to stab me with a butcher knife, coming out of her patio door on the ground level as I just parked my car. Have had expensive packages stolen! Then I had someone trying to break into my house, assaulted and harassed me and the Lynnfield Commons have done absolutely nothing on all levels!! I now get 2 lease violations! Never have I ever been through this ever and been renting for 25 years!! I'm an amazing tenant as I'm a landlord myself and know what is expected!!! I'm the girl that picks things up when people just don't feel like using a trash barrel!! This new office manager is out to get me as I have a TRUMP flag on my balcony and they have been telling me to remove it but the rules according to the lease agreement as they sent me are- XII- residents shall not display any signs, exterior lights or markings on dwelling. No awnings or other projections shall be attached to the outside of the building of which dwelling is a part. They sent an email out and the sign part was highlighted in RED and that was directly to me!! As no-1 in the entire complex has a flag besides me. But about 50 balconies have lights, things hanging and so much more on the dwelling! The other violation was a disturbance on a Saturday night, my teenage daughter had a couple friends over for a birthday from 8-10 PM and so now what we cant even have people over. This new manager BEWARE!! Most people in complex has already figured her out and not to well liked! I spend well over 3K every single month and cant even live a life....Meanwhile my rent is there on the 1st or before the 1st! They should start worrying about who they are letting move into this complex as recently its been very BAD! They should also be more concerned about rent that is due! Not a TRUMP sign and just looking to bully me beyond!! Also when you call corporate it takes 3-4 weeks to even get a call back. I called 5 days ago as an emergency to corporate and still no call back! Getting in contact with the vice president of the company as this is that bad!! They should start worrying about who they are letting move into this complex as recently its been very BAD! They should also be more concerned about rent that is due! Not a TRUMP sign and just looking to bully me beyond!!
