The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are modern, welcoming, and very well maintained. The maintenance crew deserves special mention, as they have been consistently friendly, respectful, and quick to respond whenever we've needed assistance. We do have a few pending maintenance items, but the team has been working with us to address everything step by step. Overall, we appreciate the effort and communication so far. I am currently living here and CANNOT WAIT to get out. For the money they charge here, this place is laughable at best. We have had our heating system malfunction multiple times, including the two coldest days of the year. My little girls were freezing and that was a not a pleasant situation to witness. Another fun fact is that my car was wrongfully towed from the garage one day. Although I must say that they did reimburse us for the towing and gave us gift cards. The process was still brutal because in order to get my car back, I had to skip a crucial day at work. The one good thing I must say, is the gentlemen who are in charge of maintenance. They are awesome guys who really care about their job. Unfortunately when it came to issues like the heating system there was only so much they could do. Conclusion? DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS PLACE. read more

I very recently rented an apartment with Everly of Wakefield ,14 Audubon Rd. The leasing office folks were extremely helpful through-out the process. They provide everything I needed (movers, phone numbers to transfer service etc..) to get the move completed. I had a few questions via email and they answered via email almost immediately. I usually don't write review or complains or anything. But this time I had to write something. I live in the every building for 2 years now. We be had 3 cars that had been robbed from our garage. And the problem no one is doing nothing. I m sure we are not the only ones that faces this problem but this show that there is no safely in this building or neighborhood unfortunately no body does anything we call we emailed no one does nothing. We have 3 police reports and we spoke to the building and the office management but unfortunately we haven't got any response. Building that's has a garage with no gates open doors and I have seen some scary people around the garage area. I contacted the Greystar group spoke to some women and she said they are busy can't answer the phone. And when I went to the website that's what it's says " Pillars of Excellence People We will have the highest quality people and stay true to our core values. Customer Satisfaction We will strive for truly loyal residents, customers, and team members. Operational Excellence We will be known for excellence in creating value at the individual property level and will have a performance metric system to keep ourselves accountable. We have lived at Everly for over a year, and we absolutely love it here! After many experiences with bad landlords / management companies, it is so refreshing to be at a place that has great amenities AND actually cares about providing terrific service! We fell in love with this place so much when we toured that we lived for a year in a studio apartment, because there were no other open units available at the time (there is no better test of marriage than living for a year in very tight quarters!) We recently upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, and there are days where I'm convinced that I just want to live here forever - everything is so new, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive when anything comes up. Lauren, the Assistant Manager, is terrific, and she was the one who first introduced us to Everly and made us fall in love with this place! Erin is also super friendly and helpful - really, the whole staff is great. They are always responsive to both emails and in-person questions. One of my favorite things about Everly is that it does truly feel like a community - they regularly host events like BBQs, food tastings, and even a Halloween doggy costume parade! For the record, if you are a dog lover, you will feel right at home at Everly, which prides itself on being very pet-friendly. The only potentially constructive thing I'd say about Everly is that, while there are always plenty of parking spots on non-snowy-days, the second that a blizzard is on the radar, getting a covered spot becomes a truly competitive exercise. I'm not sure where these extra cars come from, but it does require you to do a little planning in advance if you want to be covered. This only comes up a few times a year though, and to be fair, Everly does give you the option of paying for a reserved covered parking spot. I can't wait for summertime at Everly to sit on our balcony, enjoy the pool, relax by the fire pit, and BBQ out on the grill! We truly are obsessed with this place. read more

Good news: The evil manager Debbie is gone. Bad news: there is officially no phone number for Everly. The number provided goes offsite to people who cannot help you. It's very difficult to schedule to get things fixed - air conditioning works horribly if at all. If you comment anything less than positive on their Instagram in hopes of delivering feedback or raising awareness of this facility they block your account. The new cleaning people do a horrible job, whatever products they use make it smell like a doggie daycare. read more

Run and run fast away from this place . It was great when I first moved in 9/18 and went down hill after that. The rugs are disgusting , filthy and some smell very bad , aggressive pit bulls and a shooting in the garage and no satisfaction from Corporate. Where do i begin. My husband and I were excited to rent from this community. We put down a 300 deposit to hold a unit. Unfortunately this was premature. We shouldn't have done so before doing our homework. We drove through the parking garage following this to see cars on cinderblocks. We then contacted Wakefield police who informed us of the numerous occasions they are there DAILY for drug activity. When we went to get our deposit back explaining why, Cassandra from greystar informed us she was in Not aware of incidents, Never happened since she worked there. See her correspondence on other reviews below acknowledging what I presented to her. She lied. They refuse to give the 300 back, and due to that I will every day be posting my findings. Tomorrow will will be her correspondence completely lying via email. I informed them of my posts to come with truth and fact via email from her. Refund the 300 and I won't continue this social media community awareness. Soon I will be contacting local news if a refund is not granted. . I have just signed another 12 month lease to live here at Everly. I am so happy with the Apartment Complex, it looks and feels like you live at a hotel. It is very clean and quiet here including high traffic areas like the gym and community room! I would highly recommend the Community to anyone looking for hassle free, high end living! read more

Thank you very much for your effort in responding. I appreciate the response and I have spoken with the on site community director. His response has provided clarification, and contradiction to the information provided by the employee during the initial interaction. Bottom line, it is disheartening to know that you have an employee that a) is unaware of the correct information when responding to resident's concerns and b) believes and purports that a landlord may, at will, author and enforce any standard, policy, rule and/or regulation it wishes without prior notification and agreement of all parties who are bound by the rental contract. For these and initial reasons stated, complaints have been initiated with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. I truly hope no one experiences what I have when interacting with your company. read more

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but this places disservice to clients entitled them. I've been living there almost two years. Rent is very high, but I choose that when I entered. The yearly increase is very high, which I was not ready for. But what tops all is my security deposit, doing a walk through with maintenance, showing all is great in the apartment. Yes the rug had a couple of dirt spots from where the computer sat. But any rug cleaning company can remove. It was not an imbedded soil. Just every day walking in and out of a room, that we basically took our shoes off for. So maintenance said most likely can be professionally cleaned and deducted from my security deposit. I was fine with all that. Today I received a letter from the office of everly, telling me they had to fully replace the rugs and not only did they take all my security deposit but they are looking for additional money. Just funny I thought I would be getting my deposit back, but no way. Intentions were to come up with any bull to keep all my money. Along with leaving four months early from my contract they hit me with two and a half months rent to pay for leaving early. The parking lot is scary, you come home late or leave early to find vehicles sitting on tree logs, because someone stole the tires. Building tells you in your Contract they are not responsible. There are signs saying security cameras everywhere but they were not hooked up. Lol. Smoke free building but people are smoking everywhere where. The new thing now is half the staff lives there, I'm sure your paying for their accommodations. Good luck people, get your wallet ready, you can't leave before dropping large amounts of money. read more

Love the location, the staff, the accommodations. I could not be happier with the complex. I recently moved to Boston from the south and, as someone not used to all the snow, I LOVE having a parking garage as well as accessing the gym, mailboxes, trash, or leasing office through internal hallways, but I am not far from outdoor areas. And I love the security of the building. The space is well maintained. The location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel safe. What more could you ask for? read more

I moved into Everly from out of state and didn't have time/resources to drive down and look at the complex. Lauren helped me throughout the whole process and assisted me with every question I had and was also kind enough to send me pictures of the available units. Once I arrived, I could say that it surpassed my expectations. Staff and neighbors are super friendly and awesome and everybody has a community driven mentality where we want to preserve what's in the common areas. I love not having to commute a long period of time to get to work and at the same time able to drive down to the city in 20 minutes. You can't beat the location and I strongly believe that in summer time there will be plenty of parks to visit around the area. For my surprise (since I just moved to MA), there are a lot of places very close by (supermarkets, bowling allies, bars, restaurants, gyms, parks, malls, etc.). On a final note: You can't find something like this in the city/Cambridge/Somerville or any other area around (trust me, I spent 3 months actively looking for apts). I can't find a single negative thing to say about Everly. Our family moved here from NC, and Everly staff was SO helpful, going above and beyond to help us get in. Every staff member is so friendly and down to earth while still being professional, and the environment in the building reflects that as well. Each resident we've met has been super friendly, the common room is fantastic (we love playing pool and listening to XM Radio), the building is very well maintained, and we can't wait for warmer weather to get outside and grill or take a dip in the pool. The apartment itself is elegant, modern and clean with large windows and has a nice central open area. Enough space for all our bedroom furniture (and our daughter's excessive amount of stuff). It is very comfortable living here, not to mention convenient, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something with a little class. read more

They have been very accommodating through every step of the move. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious with well thought out floor plans. Luxury apartment building? Far from it. Apart from consistently malfunctioning buzzer systems, elevators and fire pit (they work maybe 50% of the time), the management staff is a joke. To start, if you should dare to submit a noise complaint (for being woken up at 1:00 in the morning during the week because your upstairs neighbors sound like they are dragging dead bodies around) - you'll be met with questions and excuses. "Well, was it for a long period of time? Or did it just sound like they were perhaps just getting home after a night out". Oh. Like that matters? Who cares. I have the right to a reasonable expectation of peace and quiet in my own home. It's clear that if you submit more than one complaint, they don't even bother to take action. Like you're some kind of problem child. I received my lease renewal offer 60 days prior to the end of my lease, which is standard, BUT - they gave me 10 days to make a decision that would end up saving me enough money that would allow me to stay there. The rate increase was 20%. You read that right, 20%. If I signed my lease within 10 days, they would knock off a couple hundred dollars. I didn't have much of a choice. Either sign, or take the risk of not being able to find a place to live within 60 days. I've saved the best part for last. The parking. Everly boasts garage parking! Yay! For New Englanders, this is a big deal in the winter. It might even be worth it to spend a whopping $2,000 a month for a 700 square foot shoe box. But wait. There's a catch. There is no assigned parking, it's first come first serve, unless you want to spend $75 a month for a "reserved" spot. I live on the first floor of the building, in the middle, not near the exits. I hardly ever get a covered spot, and I end up having to park on the 5th floor, which is uncovered. It takes me about 8 minutes to walk there to my unit. Try doing that with groceries. That's fun. If you park out front, they'll tow you. If you park in any other spot that might make your walk a little more bearable. They'll tow you. Moral of the story? Pay more money, or walk. We don't care about you, we just want your money. Gotcha. I hear you loud and clear. Find another building. I've lived in Wakefield my entire life, I will be sure to spread the word. read more

We just moved into Everly and have nothing but great things to say about the staff, the apartment, the grounds and location. The staff has been extremely welcoming and the lease process was easy. The building is extremely modern, clean and high-end. All of the facilities are top class and the location right across the street from Market Street is amazing. We cannot wait to use the pool and outdoor living areas. We highly recommend Everly! read more

Everly is the place to live! I've been so impressed in the 7 months I've lived here now.. The location is key. So convenient to rt 1, 128, boston & with market Street Lynnfield steps away doesn't get better than that. The staff here is Amazing.. Always nice to see smiling faces & people who care about the residents it feels like a family here. Also Pet friendly which is a bonus. How great is this place? Great enough I actually took the time to not only make a Yelp account I can guarantee you I will never use again, but also to write a review. I am a very anti-review type of guy, I love reading them, but I always get the thought "Who the hell has the time to sit there and write out a review?" It's similar to reading a comment someone left on a Yahoo message board or Youtube, like who actually has the time to do such a thing? Are their lives so accomplished and complete that now they feel the need to venture into commenting for strangers, or they feel something is missing from their day-to-day and leaving comments and reviews will help fill that void. Either way, I am now breaking my protocol and leaving my first ever review on anything ever, and all because Everly is awesome. Lets get the bad out of the way first....their slogan here, "Live Happy Everly After" Get it?!?!? Do you get it!?!? I really hope this was a last minute thing the marketing team came up with because they forgot they needed a slogan. Some corporate ladder climber told their boss they should do a "fun" slogan and because the place was due to open in like 30 hours they didn't have enough time to come up with anything better so they settled on this. Look, it could be worse; it could have been "Wake up Everly Morning Happy" or "Everly Apartments, Not the Salma Hayek Movie That Comes Up on a Google Search When Searching for Everly". The other bad is the gym does not have a bench press or a punching bag, so if you're a man, or plan on being one, don't expect to hit full dude-guy mode, but they do have a little side room to do Yoga and stuff....so yeah, I was not their target demographic. But now onto the good....which is about everything. From the staff that works here(when you move in they give you a bag of goodies, yum yums, sparkling water, tons of coupons for free stuff, and I even got this awesome coffee tumbler which is the only tumbler I never spilled coffee all over myself with), to the fantastic parking garage and even a trash pickup service at your door. Yes, you read that correctly, they pick up your trash if you leave it outside your door Sunday-Friday. Worried about that smelly chicken carcass making your entire house smell like an open grave because you don't feel like taking a walk down the hallway to the trash room? No problem, some guy will do it for you. The location of Everly is nothing short of spectacular, I can throw a ball onto 128/95, I'm not just saying that, I measure things by ball throwing distances and have thrown several objects at the highway to reassure the proximity. There is a lounge room with a pool table, so no need to go to a bar occupied by people filled with shame and regret in their eyes; you can play in the convenience of your own home, like some episode of MTV Cribs. But above all the fantastic interiors with large windows and plenty of sunlight, beautiful countertops and ridiculously nice kitchens, being a complete smoke-free zone which means no smoking in or around the property at all times, and finally a place that offers a bath tub big enough for me to cover my kneecaps because there is nothing worse than cold kneecaps while taking a bath, the best part about this place has to be the people. Ever go somewhere and it's just filled with people with that face that just makes you want to give them a swift kick to the chops? Well that's not this place. Nope. I am really surprised, I thought for sure living across the street from Market Street which houses a Whole Foods Market, there would be at least a dozen people I would like to witness snapping their bony ankles while wearing their Fitbit and drinking some pre-chewed health drink that came out of a high-speed blender, but I was wrong. Oh, this place also allows pup pups. Yep, it's a dog friendly place and a lot of people here have little guys. So if you have a pup you would want to share with the world, this is the place for you. Everly Apartments are simply AMAZING. I have lived here for several months and I can't imagine living anywhere else. First, the location cannot be beat. Everly is located right off of I95 and across the street from the Market Street Shops which include Whole Foods, Starbucks, Legal Sea Foods, and plenty of other great restaurants and stores. The Market Street Shops are expanding quickly too. It is also about a 5 minute drive to the commuter rail stop and Lake Quannapowitt. Everly is surrounded by protected wetlands which gives a suburban feel and the comfort of knowing there will not be any neighboring development. Second, the apartments are modern and gorgeous. The kitchens contain stainless steel appliances, a stunning tile back splash, and plenty of cabinet space. Everly will paint one accent wall for free - I used a deep purple and I love it. The apartments contain washers & dryers, spacious rooms/closets, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. The apartments were constructed with a green initiative and the electric bills are insanely low. The amenities at Everly are worth noting as well. The gym is bigger than most apartment gyms. It includes 3 treadmills, other cardio and weight machines, free weights, and a separate stretching/toning room so you can do those embarrassing leg lifts without an audience. Other amenities include valet trash service offered 5 nights per week, a covered parking garage, pool, fire pit, and grills. Everly is 100% smoke free and pet friendly. On top of all that Everly has to offer, the staff and maintenance crew is friendly and helpful. Lauren went over and beyond to help my sister and me move into our apartment just one week after we toured and applied. Scott on the maintenance team made sure that we were completely satisfied with our unit once we moved in. This is not an apartment where the management is nice until you sign the lease - they really are just as friendly and helpful once you become a resident.
