Todd Hudson and the good folks at Red Post Realty were great to work with and are highly recommended. This was my first house purchase, which was understandably nerve-wracking for me, but Todd was there for me all along the way. He was super-quick to respond via texts, email, or calls (whichever method I preferred). This company gets its customers, and they are down-to-earth people. I had previously met with a couple other realty operations where I honestly just felt like a number and a paycheck to them. I felt uneasy and didn't go back to them.
Once I discovered Todd through a referral of a coworker, we chatted on the phone for a bit, and then set up our first meeting. We met initially to really figure out what type of house I actually wanted to buy. Then we made a list and went to look at a fair share of homes over the next few weeks. I consider myself a picky person. I was not willing to settle for a home that wasn't perfect for me. Once we discovered the home, Todd was able to work his magic and get me a great deal!
Red Post's use of technology allowed me to electronically sign the final purchase and sale agreement from the comfort of my own home securely, and the sellers could do the same thing. It was a great bonus that I didn't expect. Todd was always on time, and was always in my corner. He even stepped up when my lender was giving me difficulties and helped straighten out that situation before my closing. In summary, I highly recommend Todd Hudson and Red Post Realty of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, for all of your real estate needs.
