Who was very nice, but did little to help ease our MANY fears and concerns about buying a house for the first time. This past fall we were referred to Lorraine by my in laws, who had worked with her years before when they were selling their home. She's knowledgeable about homes, was able to spot potential issues, she was available to us all day, every day for questions. She helped ease our worries. I was very concerned about something happening and losing our earnest money deposit. Lorraine took the time to explain the process and how she intended to safeguard our money. Which she successfully did throughout the entire process! We have a very difficult loan process and house hunt. But Lorraine really went above and beyond to help us every step of the way! Horrible agency. Had an agent Fran Carney. She did not locate a property for me. I had to find…read moreit myself. Met with her and gave her all the property info. Went to meeting to write up contract and she had nothing with her. She left the meeting stating she had a doctors appointment and let the sellers agent write the contract. I had complained to Debbie ball the manager about her. She's aid she would talk to her but nothing changed. Then Debbie said she would have a different agent handle each part of the process for me. I don't think so. Horrible! Avoid!
