I can't say enough bad about this company. As much as I ever hate being negative about anyone or anything I guess when something or someone is just got the horrible of the human being and lacks just any ounce of respect or dignity for others, I guess I have to let it be known, so others do not have to go through what myself in several others have. They do not have to experience it. What I could say could fill up three pages but I will sum it up as quickly as possible. The alleged owner of the company is one of the most arrogant, narcissistic, condescending, indecent human beings I've ever met or even spoken to. He puts himself in a class next to Jesus who I think you still thinks he's better than. The person who did not build anything on his own as far as self-made businessman he was handed an already well established business and takes great joy & satisfaction out of robbing people of their hard-earned equity and could'n care less about ever helping anyone to retain their lifelong property, And the biggest purchase of most peoples lives. He is literally the Ebenezer Scrooge of cash for your home buying investors. You should be discussed with himself and I have no idea how he rest his head on his pillow at night. He is no better than any thief or crook? read more

I'm a big proponent for first impressions, and it weighs heavily on my decision to move forward with a company or not. Chris was my first official impression of IPS Cash, and I was impressed. He put emphasis on the company and their morals, ethics, and values, and made it clear they are a people-first business before we even delved into my housing needs. When I met with Chris, he brought along associate Alex, who truly sealed the deal for me. Personable and kind are the first two words that come to mind, and even those are understatements. Even when put into a sudden time crunch, Alex was clear and concise, always ensuring my partner and I were on the same page before moving forward, all while remaining respectful of the time. Another huge green flag for me was how friendly they were to my two dogs, as well. My research may have led me to reach out, but Chris and Alex are the reason I made the decision to choose IPS Cash. read more

To the staff at IPSCash. I wanted to make certain to send my congratulations to all of you for the excellent work that was done for the sale of my property in New Hampshire. I had almost given up hope that something so impossible could come to completion. Just to list some of the difficulties we encountered is a bit daunting. Visits to circuit Haverhill NH. takeover by the town of Campton for delinquent taxes, at least 3. Illegal sale of the property to a squatter with a g**. But, finally, a light shines and help arrives. I thank you for your courage in the face of these challenges and more. Your ingenuity and resourcefulness in dealing with all this trouble and aggravation makes me realize what a fine resource you all turned out to be. I could never have solved this all by myself, Im so glad I had your invaluable support. read more

I would highly recommend Inherited Property Solutions. We worked with Chris B and he was amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Chris always returned our calls no matter how small of a question it was. He helped us with problems on our end of the sale and was always considerate of our time and feelings. Once our closing date was near we worked with the staff from the office who were also very accommodating and helpful. They kept us informed every step of the way and the closing went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Inherited Property Solutions again in the future and would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services . Thanks Chris read more

It's not everyday that you meet someone as honest and genuine as Joe Theriault in any aspect of life. And to encounter someone so helpful and caring in business is almost unheard of. I will recommend him to everyone I know as well as to the rest of you that I don't know. He went above and beyond to communicate openly, honestly and clearly with me in a business I know virtually nothing about. He went out of his way to explain all of my options, regardless of whether I chose to work with him or somebody else and I was very fortunate to have found him. I'm beyond grateful for how trustworthy he is and hope to be fortunate enough to do business with him again. read more

We reached out to several companies that purchase your home for cash. IPS was very compassionate since I owned the house for 36 years. John met with my daughter and he was down to earth and very honest. Selling my house to IPS was contingent on us purchasing a new home. We were introduced to Amy who would be our agent while house hunting. Amy went above and beyond in helping us. I cannot say enough good things about her. I also got to meet Joe. He is a real nice guy. I was introduced to the whole staff and everyone is just great. I would highly recommend using IPS. read more

If you're thinking about selling your house and don't want to deal with all the usual stress, IPS Cash is seriously the way to go. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but the whole process was smooth, respectful, and way faster than I imagined. Everyone I spoke with was upfront, kind, and didn't pressure me into anything. They really listened to my situation and gave me space to decide, which I appreciated. It felt more like talking to people who actually care, not just a company trying to make a quick deal. read more

Rachelle would call us when needed to keep us updated and informed about every step of the document process required to sell our property located in Rutland Ma off Turkey Hill Road. I found Joe T to be difficult to deal with and bashing about his tenants. We purchased a Multi Family property from him and he did not give us the security deposits or rent that was owed to us. He has no ethics and is only in it for himself. If you are looking for someone to be under handed and deceitful to do business with find Joe. This was the worst experience we have ever had in purchasing a property and Joe is the shining star of bad people. read more

Used my dead father's name in a voicemail "Hey (my name) I found something out about (my dead dads name) call me" as a way to get me to answer the phone after blocking multiple numbers and ignoring calls 5x a week.
