I asked her suggestion but it was much higher than I thought we would start with and I had to ask her to complete an "official" comparative market analysis. It turns out after doing an official CMA she suggested $20k lower than original suggestion - luckily I asked her to complete it. Now, after voicing what happened via reviews (because I am not getting a helpful response to remedy the situation from her or her broker at century 21 north shore realty) she is threatening to sue me for libel (what she called slander) even though my reviews are completely accurate and based on factual experiences that happened during this transaction because she wants me to take down my negative reviews. Also, she gave very short answers to many questions I had and I felt I was left hanging without the complete information I needed. Very disappointed.
