They have the most professional realtors. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Bean website was very easy to use easy to use and functioned better than other real estate sites. They start with a high morales and use virtue. I believe the moral of Bean group are higher than other people even other agencies. We could all seek to understand first then be understood. That is all people are doing at the Bean Group. The other people with bad reviews are from Tom Woster from Real Estate Estate 2000 and Karen Cudworth from Lakeside Realty. They have drug problems and sent people to buy from Bean Group and spread rumors and try to blacken the face of the Bean Group. There ideas are that of despicable people. I had the misfortune of dealing with one of the realtors from the Maine branch of the Bean Group. Looking at a condo , our realtor was told. " this is what we are going to do...We are accepting bids today only, no counter offers, it's today at 5. ". Entered a bid 10k over asking. 5:00 comes....oh we had booked showings on Saturday and we want to be fair, so would you extend your offer through Sunday? We did so very reluctantly." Sunday comes, At 5:20 our realtor calls and says, they are working with someone else, however would you please submit your best highest offer as backup? ". At that point we instructed our realtor to tell the seller and the Bean realtor to go to hell. This left a bad taste in my mouth, it may have been legal, but it was unethical and trust me, I will be avoiding this realty group at all costs. read more

Bean Group Sales Agent Barry Warhola brought a client to see my home for sale, listed with another agent. Either his client or he backed into my granite mailbox post and sheared it off a couple of inches above the ground. He let my agent know and said the client did it, but did not offer his or his client's insurance information, nor his client's name. NH law requires a driver involved in an accident to provide this information immediately. There is no excuse for not having done so. I called the company who installed the post for an estimate for replacement; they took about two weeks to get back to me. When I got the estimate back, I sent it to my agent to share with Mr. Warhola, only to hear back from him that he had "taken care of it," and would not be paying for the post to be replaced. My agent went to the site and found he had had the post repaired, essentially glued together, without my knowledge or consent. When I let him know via my agent that this was unacceptable, his response was that I could bring a small claim against him. Mr. Warhola argues that he had a reputable company do the repair and that this repair is stronger than the original intact post. To be frank, this is not the point- the point is that he had absolutely no right to order work on my property without my consent. Regardless of his perception of the quality of the repair, there is still a visible break, that will no doubt collect dirt and let moisture in, and we all know even the strongest epoxy does not last over time in NH weather. This is not the repair I would have selected, and as a homeowner it is my right to choose how my property is repaired. If his response had been an apology, I might not be so angry right now. But to suggest that my only remedy is to take him to court is downright rude and offensive. AVOID BARRY WARHOLA AT ALL COSTS. read more

Lori Clark was our amazing realtor. We had reached out to Lori to see if she could show us a condo in Newmarket, NH. At the time, we actually had a contract on a condo for sale by owner, but we were nervous that it was going to fall through due to inspection. Although we didn't like the place in Newmarket, we got to talking with Lori. She offered to do some research for us in the area just to see if there was anything that would fit our criteria. That night she found 4 houses and was able to set up showings for the next day. We ended up really liking two of them and told her that we would consider them more seriously should our current contract fall through, which it did the next day. We immediately called Lori to set up second showings for the two houses we liked and on the following day we had an offer on a cozy condo in Stratham. Within a month, we had closed on the condo and moved in. Lori worked with us and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision in such a quick amount of time. We were blown away with her level of commitment and helpfulness to us first-time home buyers. We HIGHLY recommend Lori and the Bean Group. read more

I don't know if they take on more clients than they can handle or if it's a scheme but they swindled me. We fired them after it was clear they had no intention of sticking to their word nor where they going to be of any help in searching for a home. The best part was months later when I was ready to close on a home with another agent he showed up out of no where demanding thousands of dollars out of pocket from us, stating he sent us the listing at some point in the past (he didnt). We almost couldn't close because I didnt have that much extra money laying around and the bank wouldn't move forward till he was paid. It's a scheme. Don't sign anything! With these people. They'll frustrate you till you fire them and still make you pay out of pocket. read more

Very rude and unprofessional. We recently had a showing to which one of Bean Group's representatives brought his clients 40 MINUTES EARLY ON THE DOT! I was literally undressed trying to get ready to leave the house and these people wanted to come in anyway. Our dog tried to play with them, not their fault he was excited because he knew we were getting ready to leave. We, and the dog, left shortly afterward. Meanwhile the people never came back and failed to give us the courtesy of letting us or our Realtor know they decided not to come back that day. I don't know about you, but my 2 days off are precious, it would have been nice to know we didn't have to leave for no reason. The Bean Group Realtor, however contacted our Realtor days later to tell him they arrived 30 minutes (LIE) early and we let our dog out to chase them (LIE) so they decided not to come back. HOW VERY RUDE to show up 40 minutes early, be surprised when our home is disrupted, show no regard for our time and then lie about it. Bean Group should encourage their representatives to respect the time of both buyers and sellers, they wasted all of our time that day. Appointments are scheduled for a reason; had they come on time, or even 15 minutes early they would have enjoyed our lovely, empty home. read more
