These guys are phenomenal. Did my whole house. Not only do these gutters do the job given these terrible storms we've had, but are beautiful to boot, with the deep green choice of color that matches my facia. Can't recommend them enough, grateful for the great service, professional hard working sincerely dedicated employees from Lisa to the guys in the field to Steve. They are fast, efficient, great turnaround. Thank you!!! read more

My roofer recommended Prestigious Raingutters. I contacted Prestigious Raingutters a few times before I received a call back. Once I receive a call back from Steve. He came to my home as scheduled. He and I talked about everything growing up in LA, skate at Venice Beach back in the 70's and 80's, going camping! He told me he would send my estimate via email in a few days. The estimate was received as promised. I believe I received a great price. We agreed on a date for installation. His crew came installed my Raingutters in less than two hours! . The heaviest of rain was this year 2023 for southern California. These gutters held up as expected! As a real estate agent, I'll be sure to referral this company to family, friends and clients. read more

Glad I didn't read the previous review before hiring these guys. I certainly would have been scared off. We had a very good experience with Prestigious Rain Gutters. The workers were professional, the job was priced fairly and the gutters look & work (the most important part) great! We are re-doing our yard with a new deck, covered porch, etc, so we had to pull off our old gutters to accommodate it all. The gutters they put up look so much better, work so much better, we're having them do the rest of our house. So glad we used them and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Our HOA hired them to clean out the gutters. Our downspouts were working fine until they showed up. Just clogged them up with leaves and didn't clear the most important part of drain system! Next storms created a waterfall around our home and caused leaks that compromised our interior walls. Took two weeks to have them out again and never solved the problem. Now we have to deal with the damage they caused. read more

Our HOA contracted with Prestigious to clean our property gutters. They not only didn't complete the job and said they did, it was poorly done. At the first rain, our gutters were overflowing. We had them come back and it was still not done properly. They assumed no one was there watching them but we were and it was a tremendous disappointment. We will not be using them again. read more

I have used this company about 17 years ago. They provide me with great service so I decided to call them again. The sales person came out and gave us a good price. A week later we had new gutters installed. Two installers came out on time and the job was done about 3 hours later. Will definitely use them again and recommend. Thank you guys. read more

They came to our Association to put a tar on the leaking spots of the roof, guys were weird, not allowed to talk to anyone. They charged us $ 950 for 1/2 bucket of tar ( $ 20 a bucket at Home depot), covered aprox.7.0 8.0 sg.ft. Stay away from them. read more

Very well done, they got to us even faster than expected, customer service over the phone remained incredibly pleasant/kind/accommodating the whole time, a company that actually answered the phone and not a machine, a real person. Compared to other estimates I got they were reasonable and honest. Last year they cleaned the gutters and downspouts of the building.. This is a large apartment complex and they did a good job. read more

They did my rain gutters on 3/9/15. They came out to my place (10/2014 roughly) for an estimate on my rain gutters and made many suggestions to get the most of the gutters. I received three estimates for rain gutters, but they (Lars, I believe) paid more attention to what I wanted and he was by far, the most thorough in explaining things. Their pricing was very competitive and the work was very neat. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did. Thank you, gentlemen! I would highly recommend Prestigious to anyone. read more

Used to be a really great outfit.. used them many times over period of 15 years. This time however they wasted two weeks of our time waiting on their phone call back to us to install some gutters... when they did call us, they were rude and offered to come over (but only for an ESTIMATE) in the middle of the rainy season. So sad. read more

Steve was scheduled to come give me an estimate for break metal cladding work. He never showed up and did not respond to text or voicemail. I also contacted Eric in the office and never heard from him either. If they are too busy to take on new customers, all they need to do is say so. Standing up customers with zero contact is not okay. read more

I needed new gutters for my two level home due to some rain damage last year, and also due to some neglect on my part over the years. I went out for three quotes, and had three representatives come to my house. After meeting with each of the bidders, I was most impressed with Michael B of Prestigious, who really new his stuff, and after taking measurements of the house prepared the gutter layout inclusive of the downspouts, gutters and miters, along with unit pricing. A few days later when I had a few questions, Michael was happy to come out again to answer my questions regarding the materials, colors and other parts of the job. The price provided by Prestigious, was substantially better then the other quotes. Several days later, the 3 person work crew arrived on time, and seemed to know exactly what to do immediately, as they headed off in three different directions at once, going up to the roof and setting up the truck and other equipment to form and cut the gutters. They also did a great job of cleaning the roof, gathering it up and taking it with them when completed. The installation of the gutters went very smoothly, and when completed, took me around the house to insure that everything I expected was carried out. They also were kind enough to reposition a few roof tiles that had been previously broken. They worked virtually non-stop with only a short break for lunch. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and their positive and friendly attitude. The job came out great. The office staff was very helpful, and Eric was always available to answer any other questions. Steve W, President of Prestigious, was also friendly and available. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the work, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a really good job at affordable pricing. read more

The crew installed gutters on my new house last week. They showed up on time as scheduled. At the end of the day, they brought to my attention that they accidentally cut one of the gutters too short but they would reinstall a correct fitting gutter. They returned the next morning and finished the job. Now THAT is awesome customer service. The job looks great. The price was reasonable. I am very happy.... I highly recommend them. read more

I feel the opposite of the last review. Steve came out to my house and explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a price and showed up as agreed. The gutters look beautiful and he even finished sooner than he thought . I recommend him to my friends and I very seldom do that but this is a top notch company. read more

the team over at prestigious did a great job on our new rain gutters. we had some special circumstances as we were out of town during the install and we had pets in the back yard that could not be let out. they did a great job with our gutters as well as the special instructions on working with our pets in the area they were doing the install. great job everyone. read more

These guys were great!! The procedure was explained to me step by step and they also advised that the gutters be put on spikes since the area I live in is especially windy. The scheduling and actual installation was a painless process. I was impressed on how Steve (the owner) and the crew showed up on time which is especially great since I'm super busy and can't afford to make any room in my busy schedule. The gutters look great and I'm super happy with them and the service was professional. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and hopefully you who are reading my post would consider it. read more

I have used these guys on several jobs. First on some apartment buildings I owned and then my personal house and my Mom's house. They rock!! Great workmanship, fair price and responsive. Could not ask for more in getting this type of work done. Have used other companies before for this type if work. Prestigious does better work, no doubt about it. I do not think anyone will regret using these guys. read more

Prestigious did a wonderful job on my copper rain gutters. Eric was very accommodating with delays by my painters so I had to keep rescheduling installation. Most communication was by email so there was no phone tag. Responses were nearly immediate. The crew was nice and efficient and got their work done quickly. The copper gutters are beautiful. read more

My HOA contracted with Prestigious Rain Gutters to clean rain gutter systems and flush downspouts on December 22, 2017. With the recent rain this week (less than 3 months after they performed the service), the rain gutter appeared to not have been properly cleaned and is now blocked. The blockage was causing water to spew against our stucco walls and damaging the structure of our buildings. I left an urgent voicemail for them thinking they would want to rectify the situation and maintain a professional reputation of quality service, but I have not heard from them. I wouldn't recommend this company as of now. read more

Yesterday I met with Michael for a quote. He was on time, efficient, and detailed. We set up and appointments for today from 1 to 3. It is 3:30. Guess what? No one has shown up, given me a courtesy call, or answered my calls. read more

The job is done, WELL done, they got to us even faster than expected, customer service over the phone remained incredibly pleasant/kind/accommodating the whole time, and what a wonderful job the 3-man crew did once they came out in person. I have worked with Prestigious for many years as a roofing contractor. When we come across them on projects where they are doing the gutter work, I find their workmanship and professionalism to be well above the standard in the industry. I set up an appt. with these guys 2 weeks ago for them to come out and install gutters. We scheduled it for this last Friday and I took off work to be there for them. They called me 2 1/2 hours before they were supposed to come and had to postpone because of the rain. I said okay, and we re-scheduled for the next day- Saturday between 12 and 2. They NEVER showed up. And they didn't even call me to let me know they weren't coming. After I left them a message on the guys cell phone asking for an update. One Phone Call!!! They just blew me off. And now the guy calls and says " it seems we couldn't make it out last Sat, we can come out tomorrow. " No Apologies, nothing. But he had the gall to say that he's just int he office and "Not to yell at him". I lost 2 days because of these guys, and they couldn't even give me a call??? Stay away from these guys!!! read more

I got bids on my house about 2 years ago. One thing led to another and decided on new gutters after I installed new windows and painted my house. Flash forward 2 years later and I contact Prestigious Gutters and they honor the 2011 bid! They came in and did a KILLER job! My house looks great and so do the new 6" Dark Brown Gutters. They guys came in and did the whole house in less than a full day and the work was excellent. Their pricing is also reasonable. I'd hire these guys again in an instant. read more

I would highly recommend this company. Mike Boucher was awesome to deal with and his crew did a great job. All complete in one afternoon. So simple to arrange and working with Mike was great. I've been doing a lot of home renovations and the new gutters just made it look so good. Thanks Prestigious! I'm A happy customer. read more

Terrible workmanship. I phoned and emailed them about the problems. Never heard back from them.

So I am changing my previous review due to the fact that this company will not return any messages left on their answering machine, and regardless they never answer their phone. Cannot get a return call, cannot schedule an appointment, cannot get my work done. Guess they don't want or need my business for my 5 houses with rain gutters! read more

Prestigious Rain Gutters comes to our house annually to clean and repair our gutters . They're very reliable and always do a thorough job getting rid of the leaves that accumulate in the gutters. Steve, who is the owner of the business, is incredibly helpful and friendly to my husband and I. We loved our experience with this company. Eric is always extremely attentive and answers the phone immediately. He is so nice. The crew arrived at my humble abode, which means the absolute world to me. My house is my life. They did a fantastic job with my rowdy gutters. The clean up was impeccable. I would recommend this company to a thousand friends if I had them. If you are looking for spectacular, delectable, instant, wonderful, fantastic service and foundational work, freaking check these dudes out. Love you guys. Will be calling again soon. Rain gutters be lookin rough. But the metal you so gracefully used really butters my egg roll. Thanks. read more

Their workmanship sucks. They had to replace some work after only a year. I had to fight with them to get them to fix the job without charging me again. That work went bad after only a few months. I hired another company and paid to have the job done correctly. read more

I want to update my review of Prestigious Gutters. Saturday they didn't show up and didn't call and so I gave them a terrible review. When I got them on the phone on Monday they apologized for the mix up and offered to come today. They just finished and did a fantastic job. They cleared a ton of debris off my roof as well as clearing out the gutters. Gathered up all of the debris and left my property spotless. Would definitely use them again. read more

Prestigious gave me the lowest bid and did an excellent job. My neighbors used them so I knew I liked the results. They are very busy so they didn't come out right away and I couldn't be home when they measured or when they installed the gutters but I was very happy with their work. The only issue I have is that a downspout near my bedroom is very noisy. I had a gutter there before and it wasn't nearly as noisy. read more

I used them about 8 months ago and they gave a good price plus put in debris covers and everything still looks good and works fine with no leaks. I would recommend them based on my experience. read more

I had a horrible customer service experience with them. Steve, the owner, came out and gave me a quote about a year ago. We decided to move forward about 10 months later. I called them and scheduled the work for the end of December because that was the first available date (this was about 6 weeks from the time I called to schedule). I called several times in between asking them if they needed to come out and look at the job again since it had been 10 months since he wrote the bid and our house is not a straight forward gutter job. Steve assured me that he did not need to revisit it. They were supposed to show up on a Monday between 8 and 10 am. They called me at 10 am to say they needed to reschedule for Wednesday because one of their workers called in sick. I said that was fine. They showed up Wednesday with 3 guys (not Steve) and as they started to put up the new gutters they realized that the plan they had for securing them was not working. In the meantime, they had removed a portion of our current gutters. I asked them to call Steve and discuss how to make this work. They did and explained to him that it wasn't going to work properly with the materials they had brought to work with. I then got on the phone with Steve and asked him if he could please come to the house and look at how to make this work. He said, "I will get there some time next week." Keep in mind that this was the day before a holiday so I was fine with him coming on Monday or Tuesday but there was a storm in the forecast for that following week and he seemed very non-commital about trying to fix the situation. I said, "I need more of a commitment from you to please prioritize this and make sure you get here Monday or Tuesday. We have been waiting 6 weeks for this job to get done and it is supposed to rain very hard next week." At that point he raised his voice at me and said, "Now I have a problem because my guys don't have work for today because they can't do your job and I will get there when I can." I told him to please change his tone and that I should be the one to be angry, not him. At that point, he backed down and apologized and promised me that he would call me Monday morning and that he would come to assess my house Monday or Tuesday. I did not hear from him at all on Monday at which point I called the office and his cell phone and left messages asking them to call me back. I heard nothing from them. Finally, on Friday afternoon, the office person called to tell me that Steve could come to our house on Tuesday of the following week. I told him how upset and disappointed I was at the way I had been treated and blown off and that I did not want to do business with them now. Steve then called me and asked if I wanted him to come on Tuesday. I said, "You were supposed to call me Monday morning and schedule this and this is Friday afternoon." He said, "I really don't feel like being bitched at by you right now. Do you want me to come or not?" I told him no and that I was going to tell everyone I could how horrible they are to work with. There are obviously alot of gutter companies out there and I would never give them my business. If there was an option to give them a 0 star rating I would do so. He is a disrespectful jerk who clearly doesn't care what his customers think. All he had to do was call me on that specified Monday and tell me that he was overbooked and ask if I could please be patient and I would have complied. read more
