Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

Our project was split into multiple steps (because of us, not them) and they graciously planned around us and came back multiple times throughout the project. They even gave us the suggestion of starting the floors, and then coming back to finish them after we finished painting walls because of dust, debris, etc., to make sure we were happiest with the end result. When we had questions or any concerns, they were quick to call, give tips, and come back to assess or change something based on our preferences. They provided a bid to do almost everything to get our house livable, and while we didn't choose them for every line item, we were happy to hire them to do almost everything. His professionalism and ability to explain what needs to be done, how they are going to do it made me decide to go with the company among a few whom came through the requests. I ended up needing to gut the kitchen due to the water damage, and I have been very impressed with Slav's responsiveness and his knowledge on the subject matter along the way. The best part is this is not my first kitchen renovation (previous one done decades ago in different city,) but Slav made the entire process rather smooth, it required me almost minimum efforts on only picking out the cabinets/color, counter top, tiles, some hardware for the cabinets/kitchen. The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures. Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously. They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted. Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen. 10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward.
