After I accepted his bid, he started work the next day and completed the job in about 5 days. There was a small misunderstanding on what included but we worked it out. He doesn't usually offer warranty on this work but he was wiling to give me a warranty that we both felt was fair. As an out of area homeowner, it's difficult to manage contractors but fortunately I have a discerning tenant who keeps an eye on things and really has an interest in making sure the work was done nicely so that she has a nice home to live in. When the job was completed, we were happy with Tim's work. He did everything he said he would do! Although it's too early to know - I hope the paint will last me a good number of years. I am giving Tim 5 stars for his customer service and quality work.

When my home was almost finished, I went to their showroom and looked at samples and chose the Alta brand shades which saved me a considerable amount of money compared to Hunter Douglas. They went to my home and took measurements and gave me an estimate the next day. A few weeks later, the day my home closed, they came out and installed my shades. They took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to operate them. Everything works great and I'm so happy with them! The entire process was easy, and they were very professional. I hope to get a motorized awning from Elevation Blinds in the spring!

I needed an electrician and saw Bobby's name on a Nextdoor post. All the reviews were very good…read more As always, I'm a skeptic when it comes to reviewers so the proof is in the puddin. What do all consumers want when dealing with professionals? Responsiveness, Knowledge, Experience and Follow Through at a fair market wage. Sounds easy? Well it's not. Bobby was all of the above and more. He even added an outlet at no charge. He had to replace and upgrade my current outlet box to meet code for adding an EV charger. Well? He gave a quote that was fair, came on time and did what he said he would do. 5 stars aren't enough. Very personable and a former electrical contractor and a veteran. Left it cleaner than he found it and the charger looks wonderful. He's now my contact for an electrician.

The night before the job was to start (7 pm Sunday night!), I got a call from the company requesting "additional information about the job". They then revealed that there would be "extra charges" for almost all the work I requested, work that was included in their estimate! They wanted another $1800, almost doubling the cost of the job. I offered them a compromise, but they canceled the job at the last minute. Hero Home Pro LLC is an unprofessional and unreliable company. They don't honor their estimates, and will pull a bait and switch. Avoid at all costs.
