They included two follow up maintenance calls valued at $75 each. They should have just taken the money off the bill at the time because these visits were worthless. After each of these calls, they made suggestions as to how I could spend more money with them and did not perform any maintenance at all. I contacted them and all they did was to continue sending me boilerplate emails recommending I buy more of their "services". They are unresponsive and they do not do what they say they will do. BTW, I worked for Honeywell for years doing commercial HVAC maintenance and these guys may not be scammers, but they are acting like scammers in my opinion.

On October 1, 2025 I had a new Daikin HVAC installed. During the year I found white debris coming…read morethrough all the vents so I contacted Sandpiper. Twice technicians came out and inspected everything saying they didn't know what debris was and had never seven anything like that! Contacted Daikin, who told me Sandpiper needed to contact their tech department and the Wilmington distributor. I relayed this message in several phone calls and visits to the Calabash office. There were no follow up responses to any of my phone calls, visits or voicemail to manager. Had an independent Daikin Pro contracter do complete inspection. Insulation was found in the Plenum and blew into the duct system during installation of Daikin HVAC by the installer. There were no issues in the Daikin HVAC itself.
