I gave OLT a three star rating not because they did any work for me but because of the outcome…read more The issue I had was that I contacted them in 2025 after moving to the Myrtle Beach area. I texted the owner photos of my fireplace, indicating the work needed and I never heard back from Him. Today,I was ready to take the project back on and was highly recommended to this company by google not knowing that I had contacted them in 2025. Zsolt contacted me this evening advising me that he had heard from me in the past, therefore was not interested in doing business with me. I asked him why he didn't want to do business with me because google had highly recommended him for the type of work I needed and he just said for me not to contact him anymore. To be honest, my feelings are extremely hurt that an owner of a business would respond that way without giving a reason. I let Google know that OLT does not do fireplace work and I do not respect any business that responds rudely for no reason. End of story.

The night before the job was to start (7 pm Sunday night!), I got a call from the company requesting "additional information about the job". They then revealed that there would be "extra charges" for almost all the work I requested, work that was included in their estimate! They wanted another $1800, almost doubling the cost of the job. I offered them a compromise, but they canceled the job at the last minute. Hero Home Pro LLC is an unprofessional and unreliable company.
