The technician repeated the $75 amount, but after he left I see that the charge was almost double that amount because they added a diagnostic fee. Not a real high amount in either case, just don't like the deception. They also told me it would be almost $500 to replace the panel. I called another plumber who replaced the thermostats for a fraction of Beach Plumbing's estimate, and it's running perfectly. Be careful out there.

I was shown pictures of the inspection and have a good grasp of home repairs, so I asked to be shown the suggested issues and the person from Four Star suddenly said oh, no big deal. Just so you know. Then when I asked about if he was going to replace the filters, he said he didn't have any and he only changes his when he remembers. And they "looked clean anyway." I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan. I will be choosing a competitor from now on. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb.

It did take a bit to finally get my system fixed, but they stuck with me until that happened. I am always willing to share good reviews when they are earned. Long story short, Joey did the initial trouble shooting, and Kenny and Corey installed my whole new system. Now I have a properly running system in my park model to finish out the summer. I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more The technician arrived, spent about 15 minutes replacing breakers without first properly checking which ones were actually needed, and I was charged around $300. The issue was not resolved, and he later had to return to replace them again. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and attitude. The technician appeared irritated throughout the visit. When I said "Thank you" and "Appreciate it," he didn't respond at all, slammed the door, and left. To make matters worse, the electrical panel door was put back unevenly and now closes and opens poorly because it was screwed back crooked. This is very frustrating, especially after paying for professional service. I understand repairs can be complicated, but basic courtesy, attention to detail, and respect for a customer's home should be expected. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional.
